This review is *not* for Accents; it is for For Your Nails, a woman who rents a chair in Accents. I bought a Groupon for this a while back and for two weeks before the expiration date, I called and called a total of 7 times to make an appointment. I left numerous voicemails for her to call me back so I could make an appointment before the Groupon expired and never heard back from this woman. When I didn't hear back the next day I called again- as the woman was bringing the phone over to the nail artist, I could hear them arguing about the situation and the nail woman was VERY nasty, saying she was busy doing nails and couldn't take the call, to which the other woman replied, "You are ALWAYS doing nails- THAT'S WHAT YOU DO. Don't complain about it!" When the nail tech got on the phone, she had a horrible attitude and when I asked for an appointment she said, "Look, I don't know why you people do this! You had the Groupon for months and all of a sudden you all want to get your nails done at the last minute and you're pissed that I can't fit you in! This isn't my goddamn problem!" To which I responded with, "No, it *is* your problem because I've been calling you for two weeks and you refuse to return my call. If you are unable to make appointments then maybe you shouldn't work with Groupon!" She wouldn't extend the Groupon, and all of her regular prices are so ridiculously expensive that evenif you use the Groupon's face value, it won't even come close to covering the price. Read Less
