I will never go back to this nail salon. First an employee cut one of my friends and didn't even say sorry and I sat in water for about an hour I don't mind waiting but don't soak my feet for an hour. There were three of us in our group and I was getting a longer pedicure and they hadn't even started me when my friends were already done. I Will NEVER come back to this place!! The girl with the short hair at table five was horrible. She’s doesn’t have good nail skills and has Horrible customer service. I went for a fill and nail repair and she refused to do my nails because she, “do not do people nails if they hurt” I’ve gotten my nails done countless places and I’ve never been caused pain until I went to this place!!! Was by far the worst. She put glue all over my actual finger and used an extra big plastic tip that didn’t even fit my nail right, which made no sense. When I mentioned that it was too big she gave me an attitude and said “I’m not done” then Continued to file the nail which instantly popped off due to the fact it was too big!! She put so much glue on that one nail though. it hurt even worse then it did before I got there and now I’m walking around with unfinished nails! I do NOT recommend coming to this place at all! Service: came in for a basic pedicure & was the first person signed in. They opened with only 2 people on a Friday. A third person came maybe 30mins later. There was confusion on who’s doing what when there was about 5 ladies waiting. There was a lady who was on her lunch break, so I offered to let her go before me...& they said no. Pedicure: (Aaron) - it started off okay, but the cuticle shaping was rough. He ended up cutting me & my big toe started bleeding. I am very particular about my brows and how they're shaped and tweezed. The lady (with short hair) did mine was literally the best I have ever encountered. Afterwards, she even did some ombre powder style brow makeup which I absolutely loved! I highly recommend for a reasonable price for eyebrow waxing. Read Less

I came here for a pedicure about a year ago, which went great, so I decided to come in for a nail fill a few months ago. I had my nails done with acrylic at a different location out of state. When the person was doing my fill, they seemed very careless with the nail drill and ended up taking out a chunk of the acrylic along with my natural nail which made it bleed badly. I tried to tell them, but they seemed to not understand what I meant. I was in the store for maybe 15 minutes total, and felt rushed this day. By the end i was not happy with how they looked either and imediately took them off as soon as i got home. All in all, it was a good pedicure experience, but a terrible manicure experience. I'll start with the bad. Even if you have an appointment you will more than likely have to wait an extra 30 minutes or so before being seen. Apart from this once you are seated it's a great experience. I've been here twice and both times the took really good care during my pedicure (I have horrible callus on my feet). I used to get my fingernails and eyebrows done on a regular basis at Casablanca. The quality of service has gone down. I stopped getting my nails done because quality is lacking and prices to high. I was still going for eyebrow waxing... until today! I went in to have eyebrows done, woman usually does them she does very good. I had the man today and service was awful... like he was in a hurry. He was so rough my eyebrow is so red and he was so rough with the tweezers he actually pulled my skin off. Eyes are sensitive and this hurts terrible! I am so disappointed! Read Less

If I could give this rating ZERO stars I definitely would. I have been getting my nails done for about 10 years now, both acrylic and manicures with shilac. This nail salon is by far the worst I have ever been to. I had the same experience as the previous reviewer. They completely rushed on my manicure and cut my thumb pretty bad. I was bleeding the entire time and went through the 2 band aids that they provided. He continued with my manicure while applying alcohol to my thumb. He was trying to hold conversation in the beginning before he cut me and at the end when it was time to pay he acted like he didn't know english. I paid full price and never got an apology. I had the worst experience at this salon. The staff made me feel rushed even though the salon was empty. The guy doing nails sliced my fingers open and did not even show concern even when I started bleeding. I gasped and pulled my hand away and all he did was grunt and yoked my hand back. The guy was obviously pretending to not speak english very well so I would not be able to understand when he was tacking up the prices. I was told what i wanted was going to cost $40 but when I went to check out they ended up charging me $78. My experience was so bad I actually had a nightmare about it that night. Read Less
