I don't get my nails done very often, and the few times I have were in big cities, so I might be judging this harsher than other reviewers. Also, I think I just happened to get a particularly bad manicurist, because from what I heard/saw around me, the other ones were much better.I came in and asked for a manicure and was asked numerous times if I wanted a pedicure. Nope, just a manicure. Pretty much the only thing the manicurist would say to me every few minutes was "...so you want a pedicure too? Only a few more dollars." I tried thinking of different ways to say no: No, Β I had just gotten one, I don't have time, no I really don't want one. I told her I wanted my nails very short. The manicurist had to do three coats, I almost had her do a fourth.By the time she realized that I really wasn't going to get a pedicure, she seemed to just want to get me out of the salon. When I paid, she either overcharged me or the sign was incorrect or she charged me $7 for removing a bit of clear nail polish from a couple of my nails. Read Less
