I had an appointment for 1:30 and was not taken till 3:30. A lady walked in with an appointment for 2:30 and was taken before me at 3:10. They are extremely racist and will try to satisfy white customers before taking minorities. I asked the nail tech to draw a silver heart on my nails and it looked like a blob. The only decent tech is the manager who also lies about how long the wait is. If you decide to go in, don’t make an appointment because it makes no difference. Went to pro nails after someone recommended me there. Wanted a regular manicure (no gel). This Spanish lady ended up doing my nails and did the absolute worst job. Had to keep on telling her to fix everything along the way. She couldn't even cut my cuticles properly and messed up on applying the nail polish and acted like she didn't see that. The nail dryers suck at this establishment the whole left side doesn't work for all 6 dryers (I kept on switching dryers to see if I could find a good one). Lastly, the lady didn't put lotion on my hands so my hands were so dry and after my nails dried I asked a man at the first desk in front of the door if they had the spray and he said they don't have that. The first time I went here they did an okay job. I didn't like the design they did because it looked pretty bad compared to the photo I showed the man. I decided to go back again with a friend and give them a second chance. WELL I should have learned to stay away from this place. Bad and rude service! Both my friend and I got acrylic nails and it literally only lasted a week. I have learned my lesson and recommend anyone that is debating whether or not to go to this salon, please do your research because there are better nail places out here. Read Less

I've only been here a few times. They're really good! I made an appointment for 12/30, the Friday before New Years. I was a bit nervous having read reviews about appointments not being honored. I waked in and the place was jam packed. No one acknowledged me for a few minutes.. finally I just walked up and said I have an appointment at 245, and it's 245 now, do you know how long I'll wait? I usually come here to see Sue because she always does a great job on my nails. So I'm here today (mind you I came in earlier to make a 12:30 appointment). I show up at 12:28 and the place is packed .. But I'm thinking "okay- this is why I made an appointment." So Sue spots me and she remembers our arrangement and tells me to sit down right after she finishes someone's pedicure. I go to sit down where she tells me to go and some guy (I think he's the owner tells me to get up.) I'm like I made an appointment. I ask him his name to make this review & he's like "Obama" ha-ha , very funny. But not a good time to make jokes when I'm on a schedule. What's the point of making appointments when they only honor walk-ins?! I usually go here because it's so close to my house, but I'm definitely going to search for a new spot. After he actually asks Sue and she confirms that I did make an appointment, he feels stupid because he has someone waiting and so I told him that he could just give her my spot in the schedule. So I've been going there for the past year. i realized a green spot under my toe nail.I went there and informed one of the young ladies,she told me to go to the pharmacy and buy something to cure it. Obviously i got it from their unclean tools. I tried this place out for the first time yesterday. My regular spot closed so I went to this place the next closest to my house.  They were pretty busy but I still got called pretty quickly (less than 10 minutes).  The lady that did my nails (didn't catch her name) was timid but did a really nice job. My only issues were she kept trying to push gel polish and some other service on me.  Their prices were already a little more expensive than what I'm used to so I was not trying to add more stuff. My second issue is that is that they don't take card. Actually it's unclear if they do or don't but when I took out my card the guy asked me if I have cash instead. So either they don't take card or they didn't want to, but it was pretty inconvenient. I had exactly enough to pay for the service ($25 for full set acrylic tips). Another little thing is they didn't put oil on my cuticles before I washed my hands like every other nail salon I've ever been to nor did they put lotion on after I washed my hands. I would try this place again more as a backup but don't think I'm ready to settle down and make them my new nail spot! Read Less

I came here to get my nails done for my Florida trip. This is the first ever coming here and its my first time getting acrylic nails. I got a bright coral color with little mickey mouse designs and I got the acrylic nails. I made an appointment which I say is HIGHLY RECOMMENED. This place can get quite busy with a lot of regulars. The salon is pretty big and nicely decorated. The lady who did my nails did a nice job. However, my nails would of used an extra coat of the coral polish. That's why it doesn't receive 5 stars. Nail salons especially for gel manicure should put 3 coats of polish. Read Less

I went here today to meet my friends and didn't even have an appointment to get mine done but when I had decided I could use a set of tips, they took me right away. I don't know who I had (I wish I would've asked for her name) but she was very fast and completed my nails the exact way I had asked them to be done. She was also very knowledgable about gel nails and told me how to make them last longer. The prices are very reasonable. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because after the gel manicure they didn't apply lotion or anything which left my hands really dried out and burning from the effects of the UV lamp. But other than that pretty good place, I would recommend making an appointment because they were crowded around lunch time. Friendly staff as well. Read Less
