The women were very nice to me and i didnt have pricing issues. But the man who did my nails painted out "is this okay" with one of the nails he did and it was clearly crooked. I told him so but the other nail was so perfect! so he just kept going and didnt fix it. so i asked him to redo it. instead e adds more gell which did nothing and then he made my other nail on the other hand the same to match. i was sick and annoyed so i just gave a small tip and left.

My husband bought me a gift certificate for a manicure and a pedicure and I put it away to save for a special occasion. I pulled it out today and noticed that it had an expiration date of May 2017 (I honestly just didn't notice it as most gift certificates and cards from stores do not expire). I went in to see if they would still honor it and was told NO. Tammy kept insisting that she kept telling me that I had to use it (I work near by), however, she has no idea who my husband is, so she would not know that he bought a gift certificate for me (she was just asking me to come in - frumming up business). I have been a customer for since before 2010, whenever I have needed pedicures, manicures and eyebrow waxing and have always tipped generously (my favorite girl left quite awhile ago). Because of a more recent job change, I go less frequently. I have referred many people and most recently dropped off some out of town guests. She took our money and now tough luck for me. By the way, there was not one single customer in their salon when I stopped in, so squeezing me in was not an issue. Not how most stores treat their customers. I will now be a loyal customer of Gem nails in Winton Place (I had a bridal party session there over the summer), where the customer's money and referrals mean something and quality was excellent.

Wish they would speak American, it sometimes feels they are talking about you... that's a turn off... the gel nails are not worth the price I always end up with peeling and chipping..

Great service, great pedicures. Wonderful gel nails. Everyone who has ever done my gel manicure has done a great job and I have OCD with my hands because I have to look at them and if they are not "right" by my standards, it is hard for me. Never an issue but always a topic of friendly teasing. :)

I've been going to Nail Art for 6 years and I'm always happy with the pedicure I'm given. I have in grown toe nails from time to time and they remove them for me. I refer them to everyone I know!

Tami and Tom and staff are so wonderful and always smile and brighten up my day. They treat their customers with so much respect. They show so much passion in what they do. I should start by saying that my pedicure was 4 stars- lovely massage and soothing all around. BUT- the gel manicure I got was terrible. The woman was very nice but first she rushed my cuticle care so it was uneven and I had hanging bits left. Then when she did the gel she ran right onto my skin on 6 nails. I didn't realize this while we were chatting which is my bad. So I ended up with little gel spikes on my badly cut cuticles and having to peel and break the gel off of my skin. This meant those nails started peeling almost immediately. I finally gave up and took it off after only 8 days. To find that she'd also scuffed my nails so deeply they look awful with no polish on. Sigh. I wanted to like this place- clean and convenient and nice people- but no way am I going back.

I have been a loyal customer since November 2014! Tammy is absolutely amazing and I love the ANC manicure!!!! My color stays on for at least 2-3 weeks and my nails are SUPER strong!!!! I'm hooked and will NEVER go back to GEL :) everyone is so friendly, you are not just a customer to them, they treat everyone like family! Love them ❤️ highly recommend :) especially ANC manicures :D

I am specifically pleased with their spa pedicure services (approximately $58).They are friendly people-family oriented & down to earth. Usually about 5 techs available at a time.They also offer Shelack polish changes and manicures for $15-35.00

My husband bought me a gift certificate for a manicure and a pedicure and I put it away to save for a special occasion. I should start by saying that my pedicure was 4 stars- lovely massage and soothing all around. BUT- the gel manicure I got was terrible. The woman was very nice but first she rushed my cuticle care so it was uneven and I had hanging bits left. Then when she did the gel she ran right onto my skin on 6 nails.
