Horrible experience. Nails came out crooked and were falling off within a week. Nails are overpriced. Staff is nice but not worth paying over $100 for when the nails are falling offf, paint is chipping and nails are crooked. Won't be going back. Read Less

HORRIBLE and PAINFUL! Made my cuticles bleed!! You know it's bad when the own owner of the salon itself (Nancy) does your nails and they come out crooked, the color isn't even painted up to the cuticle, and there are rough edges. THEN, you get charged a ridiculous expensive price at the end. I am someone who get's my gel nails done all of the time, so I know what quality nails are and this is not it! I went to this place because of the high reviews but this was my most horrible experience ever and I paid over $100. Yes, everyone here is friendly but the quality of work being done for the price being charged is not worth it! AND who in the world would do pedicures and not even let you turn on the chair for the chair massage? Waste of money. Won't be coming back. My friend is a regular at this place.  I agree that the owners and staff are very friendly; however, the quality of the mani / pedi is lacking and not consistent.  I've only been to this place twice - once before my wedding and once after - and the service is not consistent.  When I went to get my nails done for my wedding, I chose to get a gel French mani / pedi. The job they did was very detailed and I liked how my nails came out.  Perhaps it was because they knew it was for my wedding that they took care in making it look good.  The second time I went, I opted for a regular mani / pedi and the job they did was not good.  1) The nail polish coat was thin (I can see the unevenness if I hold my hand against light), 2) The second coat was not placed on top of the first coat so you can see where she painted the first coat and where she painted the second coat, and 3) The polish did not go to the bed of my nail so there is a bit of white near the bed so it looks like my nail already grew out when it shouldn't since I just got them done!  I generally do my own nails, including designs, but opted to get it done with my friend and also so they can clean my cuticles (the salons tend to do a better job) but I feel I could have done a better job than they did this second time around.  I may give them another shot - third time's a charm, right? What a great place! I went for the first time today for a mani & pedi. I didn't have an appt but they were not busy first thing on a Friday. They open at 9:45am, not 9:30am as it is listed on Yelp. The decor is very much like a spa and very clean. The staff was also very nice & accommodating. My manicurist did not speak English, however there was someone there who translated for her. I was happy with my mani & pedi and the prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend this place, and I will be back. Read Less

Great place.  Awesome massages.  Some of the girls are a bit unfriendly, but they do a good job, so I pay it no mind.Only downfall is the parking, but I chance the lot next door, which is a tow-away zone. Read Less

I found S-Town Nails on Yelp and I'm so happy I did. I've been going there for over a year now and I've never turned back. Nancy & Peter greet you every time you walk in. They really treat you like family. They always stop to ask you how you are and catch up with you. They remember everything!They do an amazing gel manicure & pedicure! I get it every time. The pedicures last so long that I don't even need one most of the time, but I always get one because they do it so good! The two combined only costs $35 too! What a deal for an amazing job & amazing service.Everyone that works there is so nice & so good at what they do. I always recommend S-Town Nails to everyone I know. I pass by multiple nail places on the way to S-Town, but I'd never go anywhere else.Thank you guys for everything you do! Read Less
