I havent cried at a haircut since I was 10 years old. This experience was atrocious, and I could have given myself a better haircut. I went in looking for a blunt cut. One length. Very simple. While thinning it out, the stylist hacked into the back of my hair creating very short layers. The stylist said that the layers were there when I came in. They were not. She kept defending herself and not taking responsibility. What made it worse was that the owner or manager sat close by, and didn't say anything or try to help. He just chatted away with the local ladies that go there to get coiffed - literally. I suppose that's what should be expected from a place like this - literally no style or edge. I am not one to complain in these types of situations, but this was inexcusable and totally unprofessional. To be met with such obvious defensiveness was embarrassing to say the least. Side note: I asked for some sparking water, and was handed a small plastic water bottle made for children. Save your money. Read Less
