I love Varnished nails, they are always so polite and try to get you in within a decent time frame! Also had them do 9 people for my wedding and they did amazing on everyone!

The first time I came here it was great. However the past three times have sucked. Polish all over, nails not cleaned etc. I paid for the specialty pedicures twice and they were both awful. Called and...
The first time I came here it was great. However the past three times have sucked. Polish all over, nails not cleaned etc. I paid for the specialty pedicures twice and they were both awful. Called and complained after the second time, was told they took my name down and would give me a deal on my next appointment. Went there today and I wasn’t given a deal. The pedicure was horrible and I was still charged full price even though I complained right there. Never again. Owner refused to give me my money back and gave me a gift certificate even though I had said several times I would never be back. Ridiculous, horrible customer service.

Very pleased with my pedicure! Bella did a wonderful job. She was so nice and her work is very meticulous which I appreciate so much. Look forward to my next pedicure!

Couldn’t be any happier with my results. We made an appoitment and they were able to get us in sooner. They were very nice and did a great job on our nails.

You cant get in ever not enuff people employed there take 1 month to get appointment waited as a walk in for 45 minutes and never got called so left place has issues

Best place in east aurora. Bit of a wait if you don't make an appointment so I defiantly recommend an appointment. But I found this place by accident and im so glad I did! Every other place I was going to i was very disappointed and would actually hide my nails! And id always feel like I over paid! Since finding varnished I show my nails off every chance I get and even when I don't , people notice them and I get so many compliments! I haven't been disappointed yet!

As I continue my quest for a nail salon as a transplant to WNY, I am happy to say my search is over! This salon is awesome. Stacy, one of the owners opened this clean, chic salon in East Aurora I have had several of their spa pedicures and gel manicures. They were perfect. The spa pedicures were luxurious. Great foot massage. Great massage chairs. Ventilation at every station. Give them a try. They welcome walkins and appointments.

First experience here was great. It has only gone down hill from here. Quality was inconsistent and the walk in traffic was not managed well. Friendliness could go a long way if it was implemented.

I LOVE this place! It is the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. The staff is very kind and skilled, and they take their time so your nails look perfect. They have a HUGE selection of regular nail polishes & gel polishes. Also - I think it is nice that they are open so long and open on Sundays. (See attached pictures for menu/hours.) Highly recommend this place to everyone!

My sister-in-law and I just got pedicures at Varnished Nails. The staff was friendly and professional, and they had a great selection of colors. I enjoyed the chair massage while getting my pedicure! Everything was fresh, new, clean, and inviting. Our timing was great....we were walk-ins, and were taken right away. It would probably be best if you could make an appointment, though. This was a lovely nail salon!

The first time I came here it was great. However the past three times have sucked. Polish all over, nails not cleaned etc. I paid for the specialty pedicures twice and they were both awful. Called and complained after the second time, was told they took my name down and would give me a deal on my next appointment. Went there today and I wasn’t given a deal. The pedicure was horrible and I was still charged full price even though I complained right there. Never again. Owner refused to give me my money back and gave me a gift certificate even though I had said several times I would never be back. Ridiculous, horrible customer service.

Stacy, one of the owners opened this clean, chic salon in East Aurora I have had several of their spa pedicures and gel manicures. They were perfect. The spa pedicures were luxurious. Great foot massage. Great massage chairs. Ventilation at every station. Give them a try. They welcome walkins and appointments.
