Although Katie the technician was very nice and seemed knowledgeable she didn't mention that oily skin could impact the eyelashes. I spend 130 (10 tip) I got them on on Jan 7th they were off by the 14...
Although Katie the technician was very nice and seemed knowledgeable she didn't mention that oily skin could impact the eyelashes. I spend 130 (10 tip) I got them on on Jan 7th they were off by the 14th. I didn't use any chemicals and didn't sleep on in that side. I wasn't offered any money back or let us fix them. I was told I could have an appt in 4 days from when I called and I'd be paying for the full 45.00. I was told by Jackie that they would go more in depth about after care at that visit that should have been done the day I spent 2.5 hours there. I am not going back

LOVE lash bar and wouldn't go anywhere else! It was my first time getting extensions so I had no idea what to expect but they made the whole experience so personable and comfortable. I didn't know I had to remove my contacts before hand but the receptionist informed me that they have contact holders and solution in the bathrooms for those who forget! Lindsey was also amazing, she took time with me making sure I was comfortable with the lashes and knew exactly what I was getting.
