Have been going there for years and today I went in for a polish change and brought my own polish because the normal color I use was changed by the company. The sign says $7 and up, but since I got gel polish I was expecting it to be a bit more. When all was said and done they charged me $20 for a polish change, which is absolutely insane! When I questioned it, they gave me some b.s. reason for why I was charged so much, so I told them that they lost a customer permanently, and their response was that customers like me aren’t welcome there anyway! If their customer service is non existent, it wont be long before their customers are! I am absolutely appalled!

Came in waited 35 minutes to get my nails and feet done for my birthday did not mind waiting whatsoever but while I was getting my services done they started to get busy the girl who did my nails got very angry started cussing in her language be at meanies and decided she was not going to finish the services that I had originally came in for and my nails look like shit

Absolutely amazing. NEW OWNERSHIP!!! people are very friendly and great at what they do!!! It was really nice to have a good conversation instead of just sitting there. Very happy😁😁😁

DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR FEET! My girlfriend has been here a few times for her eyebrows and they did an okay job, so we came in for pedicures. She made me bleed!!! More than once. She didn't even get rid of any of my callouses, which was the whole point of coming. I like my feet to be nice and soft after a pedicure. Nope, not here. All she did was trim my nails too short and pushed my cuticles back too far to the point where 3 of my toes were bleeding, it was very painful. Seriously, don't ignore these reviews like I did. A horrible experience. Not to mention how badly the polish hurts and stings after my skin was broken open.

Wanted to get a pedicure and gel nails . Sonny is not there any more. New people. First noticed place is dirty.. chairs old. Pedicure felt ok, but they use $1.00 store nail polish. She could not even polish toes right. They had to redo a couple times. Finally had to leave with wet nail polish on toes. Drove home no shoes. Even after drying. When I got home after party, nail polish smeared. Felt back of feet, still rough. Very disappointed. Sonny would never allow this. This place needs to be scrubbed and people there that know how to give a pedicure. I am wIting to see how the nails do.. I will never go back there again.

I had the most wonderful experience. I mean it was awesome. The guy that did my nails, David was the sweetest. It was such a friendly environment. I loved it. I would definitely come back again. Heck I would come up from Delaware (the state) just to go there and to see David.

Have been going there for years and today I went in for a polish change and brought my own polish because the normal color I use was changed by the company. The sign says $7 and up, but since I got gel polish I was expecting it to be a bit more. When all was said and done they charged me $20 for a polish change, which is absolutely insane! DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR FEET! My girlfriend has been here a few times for her eyebrows and they did an okay job, so we came in for pedicures. She made me bleed!!! More than once. She didn't even get rid of any of my callouses, which was the whole point of coming. I like my feet to be nice and soft after a pedicure. Nope, not here. All she did was trim my nails too short and pushed my cuticles back too far to the point where 3 of my toes were bleeding, it was very painful. Seriously, don't ignore these reviews like I did. A horrible experience. Not to mention how badly the polish hurts and stings after my skin was broken open.

Wanted to get a pedicure and gel nails . Sonny is not there any more. New people. First noticed place is dirty.. chairs old. Pedicure felt ok, but they use $1.00 store nail polish. She could not even polish toes right. They had to redo a couple times. Finally had to leave with wet nail polish on toes. Drove home no shoes. Even after drying. When I got home after party, nail polish smeared. Felt back of feet, still rough. Very disappointed. Sonny would never allow this. This place needs to be scrubbed and people there that know how to give a pedicure. I am wIting to see how the nails do.. I will never go back there again.
