Just had a gel french manicure and my nails look beautiful! Best manicure I have had in a long time. The technician really took her time and asked my opinion on everything, from nail length and nail shape to the thickness of the white tips of my nails. She was great and a perfectionist. She did not rush. She offered me a water which was nice! The tools used came out of a sanitized, sealed package. Worst manicure I have ever gotten in my life. The girl working on my nails was more concerned with the people coming in and didn’t pay any attention to what she was doing while painting my nails. I went today to get my gel polish changed and had a pleasant experience. I had visited TP a few years ago and stopped going since they charge about $5 more than other salons in the area. After returning today I see that the cleanliness and the service are worth the extra money. The salon is nicely decorated and seemingly spotless. After seeing multiple reviews on here about terrible service I was wary but I was very pleased with my service. The nail tech working with me opened new tools to use on me as well as offered a water bottle. My only complaint would be that there is no "menu" of prices displayed anywhere. they were very friendly and clear about price but i feel as if i didnt get the service i paid for. it was extremely rushed and my feet dont feel any different. my feet were barely scrubbed when i said for the basic not the express pedi. i wouldnt go back after everything. the lady got real nasty after i only gave her a 2 dollar tip.... Doesn't even deserve one star. Took my sister in for a pedicure for her birthday. We walked in at 11:07 and and she was done by 11:24. For $25?? Are you kidding me. I have gone there for the past couple years in and off. They used to be good but I think that they now feel better than they truly are. Too much money they have made has affected their ability to offer a quality service any more. Avoid this place at all costs. There is plenty of competition for your money. Go to people who at a minimum treat you Wow. I just the other reviews AFTER I posted mine and it appears I am not the only one who feels this way. Normally I go to this nail salon and they do an amazing job. Lately, probably the last 3-4 times I've gone, my experience has been worse and worse. I've noticed that their clientele has grown, so I don't know if that has gone to their heads but their attitudes towards their clients needs are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was giving extreme attitude (huffing and puffing and eye rolling) when asked if they could cut my acrylics down. Also, when I walked in, I was told that it is an additional $5 to NOT HAVE my nails cut down because the length is very long. I explained to the man that I actually was going to get them cut, so then he said it would be $40 instead of $45. When I sat down and asked the nail tech to cut them, that is when I receive major attitude and to top it off, he told me it was $5 to cut them. So which is it? Because I don't understand how a business can charge an additional $5 to use the same tool that they are already using during the service to cut them down, doesn't really make sense to me. I think this business needs a reality check asap before they push away all their clients with their bad attitudes. Read Less

This was my third visit to this salon, and will be my last.  I went for a pedi, and I had a picture of a style I wanted, (basically pastel mint green color with chunky silver glitter on the big toe).  They had NO pastel colors at all, and no color even close. So I settled on a blue color.  The girl brought over two different glitters, one was super fine, and one was rainbow colors.  I wanted NEITHER, so I said just to skip the glitter.  The pedi went ok, but she messed up the polish on my right toe. I actually didn't notice it, but when they had me at the dry station, another female worker came over to check my pedi, and she yelled for my girl to bring her my color, and she repolished my toe, while I sat at the dry station.  Once home, I noticed my right toenail was noticeably longer than the left one.  I hate that!  I can at least do that better myself.  Finally, I just took my socks off, and my heels feel crackly and rough, like I never even had a pedi (less than one week ago).  I will not go back, I think the quality is bad, and the nail tech was inexperienced and not really good at her job.... This salon may have newer fixtures and equipment than others, but they do not have the reputation that will keep them in business.  I've been here on several occasions for a last minute pedicure and was never wowed.  I really disliked how I felt pressured to upgrade to a more expensive pedicure when all I wanted was the "express."  Be careful, there is express, basic and then a third-level upgrade.  I felt the pedicure was rushed, I was not able to soak and I thought the prep work including the buffing and the cuticles was poorly done.  I've never had a pedicure chip before 3 weeks until I came to TP.  Chip within a few days.  I called to complain and they told me they don't guarantee polish, it will chip off, that I should have gotten gel.  I also don't like the fact that it is pretty dim by the pedicure chairs.  I wonder if the workers have trouble seeing the nails without the adequate lighting.  After a few failed attempts at this salon, I now make sure to make an appt at my favorite salon up Transit Rd, Q Nails :) Read Less

My daughter and I had a pedicure and manicure today. They did a great job on our nails. I was a little worried after reading several negative reviews but our experience was fine. They were friendly.  They dont really chit-chat with you but that is more a cultural thing I think. I was chatting with a friend and they asked me to go back to my chair, but I understood, as it was super busy. When they first opened, they used to give you water or soda and they didnt do that today but over all I think they did a fine job. The cost for both the basic pedicure and manicure was $35 pp , which wasnt bad. I would def go back. Read Less

I absolutely love it there. by far the best salon I've ever been to in my life. They are so friendly and welcoming, they always remember you! I never wait long maybe five minutes, they always have a full staff for mani's and pedi's. Great pricing for the actual service they provide. extremely attentive to all details.I feel i get my monies worth. I drive over 30 minutes out of my way to go. They always offer a beverage. This place doesn't deserve any stars. People that work here are ignorant. No personality and rude to the customers.  I came here with my 8 year old daughter, and when my daughter ask if she could have a design, the lady snap and said no, she still painted a design that my daughter didn't like. I told her that my daughter didn't like it, she snapped at me and said " I'll take it off" ... if it is just me, I could tolerate it, but with my daughter being treated like that, I was so mad and promise myself not coming to this place ever again. Went here with a bridal party last week to get a manicure and pedicure. I think they forgot to put on a top coat on my pedicure because after an hour and a half after I got my nails done, I put my shoes on (closed toe) and the nail polish came right off. The next day was the wedding so I couldn't go back to the salon and had to pay to get them fixed at the same place I was getting my hair done. I called the salon and spoke with Leo and asked for a refund (just on the polish, not the entire pedicure) and he told me that it's my problem and I should have come back to have them fix their mistake. Leo didn't understand that the day of a wedding is a little hectic when you're in a bridal party and can't go back to the nail salon for a 2nd time. This is all in addition to them making us wait 45 minutes for our group, even though we made a reservation. Then while I was getting the pedicure, the girl kept getting up to help other people - took WAY too long.Only go here if you have NO other options and you have time to waste while you're there and time to go back the next day to have them fix their mistakes. This is the only place I will go for the random manicure/pedicure that I get. I was also a person that swore off ever getting mani/pedis until about 2 years ago. This place changed me. The salon is impeccably clean, well organized, and neat.  I have never felt uncomfortable and I always see them cleaning up, washing out the foot bowls, etc. Nothing is out of place. *Location-wise, this is in the small plaza to the side of Target and Panera. To get to it, enter at the driveway to the side of Panera and then you will turn left. Can also get to it from inside the Target parking lot. They have excellent full back massage chairs and lots of them with side tables, large foot bowls, comfortable foot rests. They offer clients a pop or small bottle of water. Calm, comfortable atmosphere with a couple TVs, but they are low volume/Closed Captioning so if you don't want to watch, you don't have to.Any of the techs that I have had are very friendly and nice, even to customers that may have not deserved it or even tested their patience (I sat next to a women who changed her mind literally 10 times while getting her pedicure and wouldn't be quiet). I was there once when they had a younger girls party and even though they all showed up late, they still did a nice job accommodating them. They have 3 levels of pedicures that are $25/$35/$45 and then to get a basic manicure is a $10 add on. They also do Gel Nails, Acrylics, etc and designs/French manicure is like a $5 additional, and some basic waxing. I usually get the $35 pedicures which includes great foot/leg lotion massage/smack down, a hot towel soak, etc. The $45 includes all that and some hot stone treatments and more. They give you a sheet to read over what each includes before you decide. Quality wise, they are excellent. My pedicure has lasted with barely a chip for over a month before. My manicure also last quite a while (up til a week with just normal minor wear) though my tech today said they have to remind people there is no guarantee as some people think a general manicure is indestructible. They take their time with each step and it shows. Please don't forget to tip and bring cash for tips! They do take Visa/Mastercard, but it helps the techs if their tip is cash :)  They also will accept call aheads, especially for bigger groups. I have seen it get really crowded in there. Read Less
