Loved to come here when it first opened. They used to take their time and do a good job on your nails. About 1 month ago, I decided to treat my mom and daughter for pedicures before our vacation. I called and specifically stated the 3 of us wanted pedicures at the same time. They say, no problem, so we get there and one person alternated between all 3 of our pedicures and rushed through everything. It was horrible! Was I suppose to specify that each one of us wanted our own nail technician and not one for all of us sliding back and forth working on all of our feet!?! Pretty gross! Towards the end, someone else stepped in to finish polishing my daughters nails. What was suppose to be a great first time pedi experience for my mom and daughter was truly pathetic. I got the nail dip, which is like acrylics but not as damaging to your nails. I went with my friend and her nails are perfect. 4 days later, one nails cracked and the other is really badly chipped.. My nails weren't breaking before I got this done. I'm going back to see if they'll help out, I didn't pay $45 for 3 and half days of pretty nails. This is supposed to last 3-4 weeks. Read Less

Very disappointed with the customer service in this salon. I've been getting my nails done for decades. I went to the same nail tech for 10 plus years. I recently moved so I decided to find a nail salon closer to my home, for convenience sakes. I am picky with my nails. All nail tech's do not do the same work. It took me trying a few salons before I decided to try this one. The first few fills were okay, but not great. I tried a few different people before meeting Jen. She is great and shapes and does my nails perfectly. This salon is more attractive than the average nail salon. It's a new building and decorated beautifully. However, it is also quite a bit more expensive than the average salon. $45 for a dip fill. (I used to pay $35 for the same service) I guess we are paying for the aesthetics . Despite the increase in cost , it was very close to home and Jen was great so I decided to stay put. I've been going to her every few weeks for nails and pedicures since the beginning of the year. I am now told that they owner has new rules. They are no longer allowing the CUSTOMER'S to choose who does their nails. They want you to walk in and take turns with whomever is available. That absolutely will not work for me. I will not have someone dictate to me, how I spend my money. They are my nails and I should be able to choose who does them. I had a face to face with the owner just to make sure I was understanding the new rules. He confirmed these are the new rules and that's how it's going to be. I cannot request who does my nails, unless it "happens to be her turn." So I said it was nice meeting you all and I will not be back. For a much over priced nail salon, you should have impeccable costumer service and do what it takes to make US happy. While the atmosphere is to die for (with the brand new chairs, beautiful chandeliers, current soundtrack and complimentary cheese and crackers!), my gel manicure was sub-par. I asked for my nails to be cut down (I can't have long nails because I am a dental hygienist) twice and it was never done; just filed. The technician applied two coats of the "melting violet" shade which looked great! She applied the top coat to my right hand but never my left ?? I should've mentioned it but I didn't. My friend's gel manicure was done about 10 minutes before me, her technician was rushing completely and missed so many areas around her cuticles. Her polish is already chipping off. As for me, two days later, the polish from my left index finger flaked right off. Now a week later, my nails are growing and some of the edges of the gel are peeling off because they weren't accurately placed. Like I said early, my manicure is sub-par for $35. Read Less

Came here with a bridal party and they were definitely more interested in getting us out quickly than actually giving a quality service. Few things:- my pedicure lasted about 10 minutes. Didn't cut my toenails, no scrub, I asked for a nail buff, nothing.- my friend also got a pedicure and the guy cut two of her toes pretty badly. They did nothing to rectify and she left with bloody feet (and made her pay full price!)- we "upgraded" to the ocean pedicure. No clue exactly what the upgraded service entailed.Absolutely no value for these services. $60 for them to rub some lotion on my feet and hands. I had to cut all my nails 2 days later. This place over charges and they rush. The basic pedicure was not worth the $30. Could have done a better job myself. Only reason i went there today was because my regular guy was booked. Will never go back and wont recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

Sensational nail bar is the best in town. It is very clean and sterile. The use of disposable liners in the foot baths, disposable pedicure kits and disposable cups for products make me feel assured that I am in a sterile environment. The staff go out of their way to please you. I have been getting pedicures there for the past three months and I'm very pleased. My technician's name is Hannah, she is wonderful!! Eric  is also great! Faye does my manicures and has is very sweet. My experience with all the techs from this salon has been positive. Upon arrival you are greeted and asked what services you would like to have done. You are then escorted to a foot soak or a manicure station. Next you will receive a bottled water and cheese and crackers as a kind gesture. The tech. will have you choose a nail color. Relax and enjoy an amazing experience! The atmosphere is white and light gray and very tastefully done. It is extremely obvious that the owner takes pride in this business. I would highly recommend this salon to my friends and family. Horrible! Went there first time for a pedicure before vacation.  Before you even get a chance to check the place out they're throwing a "menu" at you!? I just wanted a basic pedicure, you know...nails trimmed, dead skin sloughed and a good polish, wasn't ordering food?! I kept an open mind and decided to give it a try. When I didn't pick a specialty pedi, the technician seemed "put out". At that point I knew this wasn't going to be good. The whole time she was doing my pedicure she was watching the big screen t.v. Which was supposedly there for customers! When I asked her to trim my nails short she gave me a look and said, I'll try. There was no conversation at all! At that point I was ready to walk out but didn't! Asked for my bill, she brought it with 3 crackers..I wanted to laugh but didn't. I kindly refused, paid my bill and left no tip. They put a lot of money decorating this place and I think they over charge. Went there twice, didn't find them very friendly, which is ok with me.....all I wanted was a fill! Took my polish off after a week to change the color and had fungus on three of my nails! Won't go back!! Read Less

I have been here 2x for mani/pedi and both times I was pleased with the service I received. Not only do they do a great job but they serve you wine, water cheese crackers and grapes! Very nice touch! It is very clean and beautiful inside. Right away someone greets you. I would recommend this place to anyone. They say that a fill for acrylic and gel takes about thirty minutes but it takes about and hour, but I would definitely go back here!!! Read Less

First of all we weren't greeted when we walked in. Then my other half gets her nails done and she asks for a color on the tip of the nail and then the lady that was doing her nails charged her for what she called a "design".
