I LOVE Q-Nails. I have been going to them for many years. I have tried a lot of other nail salons but I always go back to Q-Nails because they do the best job. My gel polish lasts for WEEKS with no peeling or chipping. They are always friendly, clean and have top quality products. They are the best in the Depew/Lancaster area!

A friend and I tried to go to different salon but they couldn't fit us in so I found Q Nails on Yelp and it seemed to be the second best nail salon in Buffalo. The staff was friendly and got us right in for pedicures and gel manicures, they were speedy but I didn't feel like they were rushing us in and out. Our nails booth looked good but they weren't great. The nail tech didn't take the gel polish as close to my cuticles as I would have liked, so just done they already looked like they had grown out a few days. On my pedicure they cut my nail all the down to the quick so it hurts and feels like it might get ingrown if I don't watch it. Also, they missed painting half of my pinky toe nail. Not sure how that happened. Over all the experience wasn't bad, but they could use a little closer look at detail.

This is my go-to nail salon! All the staff is good, but Heidi and Jessica are especially great. They have a very clean atmosphere and run on time for appointments. They also have a very large color selection of regular and gel polish colors. Highly recommend!

I cannot imagine who wrote those bad reviews! I have been a customer for 2 years, every 2-3 weeks. I use a credit card every time. Never an issue with that and never an infection of any kind. Excellent customer service, much attention to detail and the place is extremely clean. They are very busy and if don't have an appointment, you will wait. But they give you the option to come back at a later time, and are most accommodating when you return. I have recommended Q Nails to many friends who have become regulars. Keep up good work!

This place does top quality manicures. They pay attention to every detail and after two weeks everything still looks professional. If you show them a picture of something from pinterest they can recreate it perfectly. The techs I have had appointments with are Jennifer and Calvin and both are excellent. It took me several tries to find a nail salon of this quality in this area and I am glad I finally know where to go. Can't recommend them highly enough!

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY AND IT'S BEEN REPORTED!!! After swiping my debit card, I was told that they needed to manually input numbers...after that, they asked for zip code and my house number. After I provided I felt uneasy and called my bank to make sure my fraudulent monitoring was active. And then less than a couple hours later, I got a phone call from my bank with a fraud alert. 6 Apple ITunes Gift Cards were attempted for purchase.

Horrible customer service. Very nasty attitude. Impatient. Owner claims to have the best top notch products; that's a lie to charge more money! Cheap knock off. Makes you wait day's sometimes weeks for an appointment. After work is done several people came back complaining, I personally got an infection. I called then went there 2 times to have it fixed they again very rudely told me to come back AGAIN! This is while there was a blizzard outside! DO NOT GO HERE! Q NAIL IS A RIP OFF SCAM with horrible customer service and subpar products they try to use to mask their expensive prices.

I LOVE Q-Nails. I have been going to them for many years. I have tried a lot of other nail salons but I always go back to Q-Nails because they do the best job. My gel polish lasts for WEEKS with no peeling or chipping. They are always friendly, clean and have top quality products. They are the best in the Depew/Lancaster area!

A friend and I tried to go to different salon but they couldn't fit us in so I found Q Nails on Yelp and it seemed to be the second best nail salon in Buffalo. The staff was friendly and got us right in for pedicures and gel manicures, they were speedy but I didn't feel like they were rushing us in and out. Our nails booth looked good but they weren't great. The nail tech didn't take the gel polish as close to my cuticles as I would have liked, so just done they already looked like they had grown out a few days. On my pedicure they cut my nail all the down to the quick so it hurts and feels like it might get ingrown if I don't watch it. Also, they missed painting half of my pinky toe nail. Not sure how that happened. Over all the experience wasn't bad, but they could use a little closer look at detail.

I cannot imagine who wrote those bad reviews! I have been a customer for 2 years, every 2-3 weeks. I use a credit card every time. Never an issue with that and never an infection of any kind. Excellent customer service, much attention to detail and the place is extremely clean. They are very busy and if don't have an appointment, you will wait. But they give you the option to come back at a later time, and are most accommodating when you return. I have recommended Q Nails to many friends who have become regulars. Keep up good work!

This place does top quality manicures. They pay attention to every detail and after two weeks everything still looks professional. If you show them a picture of something from pinterest they can recreate it perfectly. The techs I have had appointments with are Jennifer and Calvin and both are excellent. It took me several tries to find a nail salon of this quality in this area and I am glad I finally know where to go. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Horrible customer service. Very nasty attitude. Impatient. Owner claims to have the best top notch products; that's a lie to charge more money! Cheap knock off. Makes you wait day's sometimes weeks for an appointment. After work is done several people came back complaining, I personally got an infection. I called then went there 2 times to have it fixed they again very rudely told me to come back AGAIN! This is while there was a blizzard outside! DO NOT GO HERE! Q NAIL IS A RIP OFF SCAM with horrible customer service and subpar products they try to use to mask their expensive prices.
