First time here. Walked in for a gel manicure. They took me right away and waited kindly well I took a business call. Very gentle on my cuticles without me having to ask. The man who did my nails even sat me back down after I paid because he noticed some nails didnt ery right and left bumps or streaks and he fixed it right away. Only reason I didnt give a 5 is because I'm waiting to see how my nails last! Will definitely return if they last as long as they have in the past.

Walked in before 11:30, asked for a gel manicure, waited two hours before being seen! If you are going to take that long, say something! How rude and unprofessional!

My step daughter waited two hours to be seen only to have to wait again bcz they messed up she wanted acrylic not a gel manicure! They do good work there however have no respect for other people's tim...
My step daughter waited two hours to be seen only to have to wait again bcz they messed up she wanted acrylic not a gel manicure! They do good work there however have no respect for other people's time! They could have told her long wait and she could have come back. They cater to regular customers only...take down the walk ins welcome sign bcz they are not!

Vanna is the best. No comparison. She makes sure the gel nail polish does not touch your skin so it lasts longer. She is very perceptive to your needs. Eyebrow waxing the best hands up. Convenient location. Most of the time you can get your service done right away. If your told the wait is fifteen minutes they are pretty accurate. Clean. Up to date.

Walked in for a pedicure at 7pm and was told they were closed. They were working on someone's nails and their open sign was on. There advertised hours are until 8pm. Took my business elsewhere.

I LOVE Opt nail spa.. This is the ONLY nail place I go to, I made ONE mistake by going to a different nail salon and they did such a horrible job!!! But once again the owner of Opt & her husband made them look brand new like nothing never happened. The nail salon is so comfortable and they definitely make you feel at home. You won't regret coming here 😄

I walked in to get a nail service and one of the women that worked there asked how she could help me. I answered her and because I did not have an appointment she says to me with an attitude "there's a wait, there's a lot of people in here" and gestures to the three people in the salon. I'm not a moron and I can count I did not need that pointed out to me. I will never go here again. I'm so glad this business did not get my money.

Love Vanna! She always takes care of her repeat customers. They are very quick and fair. Prices are normal. I don't can't if they don't have a website I don't know many nail salons that do. Period.

I have been coming here for the past 6 months ever since I moved to the area, from the city.I have been ALL around WNY nail salons over the past 5-10 years for manicures and pedicures, and I can say that I have not been to a friendlier, more inviting salon. Every time I call or walk in the door, everyone greets me with friendly hellos. After my 2nd or 3rd time in, I was greeted by my first name. I have been to other oriental salons, where I just sit there in silence and no one speaks to me in English the entire time. Not this one. Every time someone is going my nails or pedicure, they carry a conversation with me. I never intend on switching nail locations!Another plus, they are never overly packed. If you call ahead, you usually can get in right away!
