I set scheduled an appt for 630 645 rolls around they get my feet in water 710 no one had checked on me or started my nails nothing. So I ask for a towel then someone wants to come do my toes he walked in with tools that looked dirty so I said no I'm leaving. I have been going here for months... recently I was having issues with my nails breaking.. two broke in one week and it was extremely difficult to make an appt and two days last 3 more broke.... I rarely make appointments here, and dont need to worry about waiting long, if at all. They have many nail technicians so there always seems to be someone available, or just about finished with a client when i am there. The parking lot is small, so there is many times that i have to park on the street, not a big deal though. The prices are fair, cheaper than many other nail salons around here. I get my waxes there too. They are always very attentive to what i like, and they remember me everytime i am in there. Friendly staff, always ask about my husband and kids. Evolution Nail is the best!! I have been here a few times the past few months and every time the nail techs always pay extra attention to detail. My first experience here was a spa pedicure. They took their time and it had to be the most relaxing pedicure I've ever had because It didn't feel rushed. I've been back for pedicures at least 3 times since then and every time is the same. They put this "milk and honey" mixture on your legs that makes them super smooth! Tyler did my Christmas nails and he is really good at fancy/detailed nails if that's what you like! Hannah & Kathy are awesome at pedicures!!Lindsay did my valentines nails, she's a pro! If your looking for somewhere to go that will work with your style and what you like this is the place. At the beginning I asked how much Manicure and pedicure would be and the lady said €25. Twice I conformed this price till the end she charged me €50. I consider this intentional deception. The Mani pedi was overall average. I had to tell her to moisturize my hands before cutting my cuticles because they are dry and they would bleed. Found that out the hard way.. Ow! Just experienced the worst service. My nail tech made me bleed twice and just ignored it. She painted over the blood so now my French tip is slightly red. There are bubbles in my polish and the white tip is uneven. Me and two other girls made an appointment at 6 and didn't get seated for a pedicure until 6:40. Another nail tech made my friend also bleed and did a sloppy job on her nails. They were all rushing to leave and did not think twice that we are paying them to actually do their job and not fudge through it. Would not recommended to anyone! Read Less

i missed my flight and decided to get my nails done and they did such a great job! i got a basic pedicure and a fill on my nails, i believe her name is julie, took so much time on my nails and made sure they were perfect and dry before i left! i have never once gotten my nails done and not thought about how i wanted to go home and fix them until i came here. i highly reccomend to everyone! Wish I could give you less the a star. By far one of the worst experiences of my life. First off they refused to except a gift card I received for my birthday because they said it was expired. I don't understand how a gift card that someone gave them cash for could expire? Very rude people. I asked to talk to a manager and they told me the manager wouldn't be back for over a month. Even though I don't understand how a business goes a month without a manager handling any issues. I did wait the month and tried to call again. This time I talked to a man and he told me the manager was on vacation again. After telling him my situation he said "I don't have time for this. Fuck off". And then hung up. On top of all of this the slipper I was given for my pedicure was reused and when I made a comment to the lady she rolled her eyes and acted like it wasn't a big deal to reuse them. I was looking around for places after my nails were butchered at a different shop. I called and made an appointment and was able to get in on the same day. Everyone was extremely nice when I came in, Lindsey fixed my acrylic nails, I love how they aren't bulky and she put them at the perfect length that I wanted. In a world where there is a nail salon every 3 feet, Evolution Nail is the place I always seem to gravitate towards. It's always clean, always well lit, and always welcoming. I popped in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but knowing that I would pick and choose my services at my own leisure. I started with a spa pedicure (any pedicure service more complicated than the spa pedicure is a RIP OFF kids) and picked my color. Tyler not only gave me an amazing pedi but also delighted me with stimulating conversation about gender reassignment surgery in Bangkok. I knew I wanted some sic acrylics and Tyler set me straight that the latest and greatest Coffin style was the way to go. After a quick google search and a flip flop shuffle to his nail station I was ready to take the plunge. As my anxiety rose over putting my boots back on Tyler told me that if I chose to put my boots on and my toe polish smooshed, not to call him but to dial 911 and tell them my toes chipped. I became nervous and fussy during the mechanical sanding of my nails and Tyler said "if you want to see blood......keep moving ur hands from me". What I strangely appreciated was that he made sure I could make a fist when determining the appropriate length for my nails, as if I get into bar fights twice a week. I then read him his astrological profile and pointed out all of his character flaws. I really enjoyed this experience and will honestly keep returning to this location for services. It was really nice to spend an hour or so pampering myself while simultaneously engaging in really funny small talk. Oh and also.....my nails look insane. Like, I love them. Read Less

I've been going there for years with my mom. The cleanliness could be better, the friendliness depends on the person you get. I usually get pedicures there and I think they're reasonably priced. This is my all time favorite salon to go to for a spa pedicure or a manicure. All of the employees are always so nice to my Mom, sister, and I. The usually remember what we discussed months ago. The salon is usually busy but they are able to accommodate everyone that walks in the door.There are 4 massage chairs for pedicures. Each time I have come here for a pedicure I have left satisfied. I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees. One of the gentlemen even made jokes and got me laughing. The salon always appears to be clean and I have never seen tools used on more than one person without being sanitized. There is also a warming cabinet where they keep fresh, wet wash cloths to lay over feet and legs during a spa pedicure.I have received many gift certificates from here and I will continue to come here because the staff and the price ($35 for spa pedicure) make it affordable. Went to get a full set and asked for "not too long, but not too short" french tip acrylics. Told him I liked them thinner and square. Ended up with nails the length of my real nails which are extremely short, all of them being crooked and slanted and the polish job was very poor. Nails are extremely wide too. Very upset that I paid $30 for a full set and he did nothing when I said I was unhappy..ask for one of the women to do your nails if you go. Read Less

They are unprofessional and have no clue about how to be nice or customer friendly. They also use old drill pieces and I am sure are not up to code. Stay away from this place not worth the headache. The most important thing you look for in a nail salon is cleanliness and they certainly do have a nice place.  I was disappointed however in the quality of the services I recieved.  The appearance is certainly a Monet, good from far, but far from good.  I came here on the recommendation of my Mother in Law, and I was to take her appointment with Cindy, but when I got there someone else took me, the male owner.  I was not happy with his work.  I have heard from others stay away from the men if you can.  Ask for Cindy or Tina when you go, or better yet call ahead and ask for an appointment with one of them.
