Tiana was the nicest manicurist ever. She was personable, kind and funny. She explained what should be done to keep nails healthy. She took her time and made sure it was a quality manicure despite being very busy. This is one of the few places around here that does a nail dip... I will only return here from now on. Went here to get my nails done for my upcoming engagement. The owners wife did my full set. She was in an extreme hurry the whole time due to a few people waiting. She was slamming my hand around like a rag doll and I have LUPUS !! My daughter had to say something to her to please be more gentle. She was the one who brought me there. Then when I asked her to take just a little more off the length before she applied polish. She started slamming stuff around complaining she would have to reshape my nails. The whole process took her an extra 3 MINS. Sheremoved more than half the length so fast I didn't even have time to say something. She continued her rude attitude all the way to the end and then tried to overcharge me. I left with super short nails that look like purple gum balls. I am beyond pissed that my nails look like crap for my big day. I didn't throw a fit because my daughter goes there. Well maybe not now. BEWARE AND AVOID THIS PLACE.....there are way too many other nail places to be treated like this. Now I know why just before Xmas they were pretty slow. They will go out of business like they did when they were near eastern hills. DISHONEST OVERCHARGING AND HURRIED RUDE BEHAVIOR EQUALS NO CUSTOMERS. I will be sure to spread the word around town. When I mentioned something to my soon to be step daughter she told me she had tried there, got treated almost same way by same woman. Has NEVER GONE BACK. Wish I would have known that sooner.DO NOT GET TREATED THIS WAY...40$ is a lot to get crappy looking nails and basically get abused  at the same time!!! NEVER AGAIN....P.S. I love this place! LeeLee was my pedicurist and she is WONDERFUL! She did a marvelous job, as always. She is such a sweetheart. She always does a great job massaging my feet but she also takes great care in massaging my knee, where I recently had surgery. The other ladies on staff are always pleasant and the owner, Tianna is very funny! I highly recommend American Nails! Read Less

If i could give 0 stars i would...they did a horrible job on my eyelash extension .i got them done on may 16th at 4pm for $35 plus $5 tip so i paid $40 to have lashes for 3 days ...by saturday night they started fallen off and landing on my cheek ...face....and just hanging over my eyelid. Thats just crazy.... and by sunday night they are even worse. I have not worn any make up since ive gotten them put on ...i sleep on my couch on my back so i wont roll over and sleep face ...down and for the first 2 days i didnt get them wet. I was told i could wash my face as i normally do but online it says to keep them dry for the 1st 48 hrs so i was extra careful and this is what they look like...im sick about it. I thought about going back to American Nails on broadway in Depew Ny and complain but for what their not gonna touch my lashes again and it would only make me more angry. I went to this salon exclusively for 2 years.....sadly, I moved from Depew into Williamsville and thought it best to find a salon closer to me. After bouncing from salon to salon and battling issues left and right with my nails, I decided to start taking that 20 minute ride to Depew! I went back this weekend and I couldn't be happier! My nails look as fine as they did the last time I had them done there a couple years ago! I'm so happy I decided to take that ride, I will not go anywhere else EVER! I have been going to this salon for 3 years. The staff are I incredibly friendly, the salon is nice & clean & Linda the owner always does a great job. I drive about an hour to get there since moving. I have not found another salon that compares. Read Less
