This is a business owned by a local person...not a chain. Shop local small businesses. You'll be glad you did.

It's a salon, and a fairly standard one at that in terms of appearance and feel. Upside, Jamie Wiiki (formerly of DFM and JessStyle) is there, so I'm a very contented customer.

I walked in just to get my bangs trimmed and ended up getting my hair touched up, getting rid of dead ends..They were very pleasant, took me in and were very friendly. I really felt comfortable. I have been there twice now..I never knew they existed until word of mouth from a friend so I wanted to try them out and I did..Will definitely be going back for future hair treatments, possibly more..Great job. I was happy when I left...Now that I found a salon I like, I hope they are there for a long time as I will be coming back..:)

I visited the Plaza Salon this morning. Started out with a relaxing facial with Lisa. I then had questions regarding my hair and was referred to Tiffany. I told her what I was looking for and she did exactly what I asked. She asked questions and explained what she was doing the entire time. Great experience. I will definitely be a loyal customer.

Tiffany is absolutely amazing when she cuts my sons hair. He is so much happier going to the plaza than where we were going before.

I liked the girl who did my pedicure but they're not open on Sundays (my only day off) or Mondays. They also don't have a website, which would be fine if they updated their Facebook page but they won'...
I liked the girl who did my pedicure but they're not open on Sundays (my only day off) or Mondays. They also don't have a website, which would be fine if they updated their Facebook page but they won't- and I've asked them for current prices repeatedly. =( This place has been a staple in Cortland for as long as I've lived here so it's sad they can't just update their page. I would be willing to adjust my schedule to go on a day other than Sunday, but if the only way to get prices is walking into the shop and writing them all down myself, I can't take time to do that. And if I don't have prices to figure out what I can get done within my budget, I'll just go elsewhere.
