This place is absolutely filthy- I should’ve looked around more before my service. I am filing a complaint with the cosmetology board regarding its cleanliness.
The pedicure station was cleaned only with hand soap before another patron used it. There were stains all over the floor, piles of dust in every corner of every station, and winter rock salt residue on many things.
My worker waved me away and ignored me for 17 minutes- I left my money and walked out after sitting at a broken drying station (the foot dryer didn’t function after I tried repeatedly to power it on- nobody spoke to or helped me).
The chair at my station was very torn and did not perform its massage function- several others were free but not chosen by my worker.
I told her I was new and desired a callous treatment to make my feet healthier, which she said ok to. I did not receive one. No lotion was even put on my feet- just oil that smelled rancid on the tops of my feet and legs. My cuticle was made to bleed during my pedicure (they aren’t in bad shape) and no apology or acknowledgment of it was offered by my worker.
This place was absolutely disgusting, the service by my worker was deplorable, and there are many questionable practices taking place. There were two ladies working who seemed friendly and upbeat- however their stations were also very dirty- visible at ten feet away. My feet are still calloused, dry, and I am horrified that this city would allow such to occur in its pristine downtown. All avenues for follow up will be exhausted.

Absolutely horrible experience.. I just moved to this area a couple weeks ago and was looking for a new nail salon. I called ahead and was told they don't accept appointments. I got there and nobody greats you so I signed in. People kept coming in after me and they were taken right away. Come to find out they did have appointments!! I waited an hour before someone even came up and I could find out what was going on and I was told I would have to wait another 20 minutes to half an hour. it was such a terrible and rude situation.. I will never ever go back there. Not a good first impression especially for someone that is new to the area.

My daughter and I went to get our fill. The nail polish looked bad, they changed brushes and it seemed ok. We get home and she was washing her hands and the polish started to peel. I do my dishes and my starts to peel. She calls the salon and they said they would repaint the nails at no cost but if we didn't want the same crappy color it's $20 each for new color. So not happy I just paid $30 for a fill with gel polish. I have to think if we will go back or tell others to go there. We have been going there for a long time and I guess that doesn't matter sadly.

I usually love going to nail tech and getting my nails done! I have been going here for six years and never been disappointed til today. Today when I got there they were not busy but they said they were short techs. There were only four people when I waited and looked at polish colors when one of the techs rudely said she needed the color charts that another girl gave me to look at while she was setting up. The tech took them away and never returned them and said "you done looking" ,no I never had more then two minutes to look at them. I was so angry at their service and probably will be looking for a new nail salon. Never been so disappointed.

Today I went in for a pedicure, really wanted to relax and have myself pampered a little bit. As I was waiting (about 40mins) which wasn't a problem, I saw them start pedicures and they took about a 45mins to a hour. When I finally sat in the chair, it was rushed from the get go. My feet were not scrubbed, my nails were not cut. I literally had a foot soak and toes painted. The entire thing took 20-25mins tops. Being pregnant it's to have someone paint my toes because they're harder to reach these days but that's not what a pedicure is. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend them. Walmart has done a better job in the past.

I live in MI now but whenever I go visit Corning, NY I make sure I stop by and get my nails done here. They have always done an awesome quality job and even though I go once or twice a year they still remember my name and how I like my nails done! Definitely worth the 600+ miles drive! ☺💅🏻

I went there today for a fill as my daughter has gone there and said they do a great job. Mind you I go local which is 20 min closer to me but figured I'd give them a try! I enjoy the interaction with someone who chooses to speak to me as she said nothing and to boot as soon as she saw my nails she shook her head, spoke her language to employee next to her and laughed and did this a few times. RUDE!! She continued to shake her head and "fix" my nails. I understand maybe they ...weren't to her standards but say what you said in your language in English... To me not your coworker! She did a good job on my nails besides the few nicks on my fingers with again a smirk/giggle and "sorry"! I will not go back to her, my daughter's tech was very friendly, talked to her and if I do decide to go back she is who I will ask for! I work with the public with my job & never would I make someone feel like she made me feel! I would never laugh at someone and make comments in a language they don't know! Never! Rude! *** Immediately after I posted my review I was contacted by Nail Tech with an offer to have my nails redone! I scheduled the appointment and they were very accommodating and my nails look exactly how I want them to now! Great service and very nice people there *** Had my first manicure here today in preparation for prom and the actual application of the nail polish and shaping of my nails was fine! Other than a cut during the cuticle trimming that caused some bleeding, the p...rocess was fairly smooth. However, the nail polish applied to my nails was not the one that I chose, which is why I docked 3 stars. After she applied one coat of the nail polish that I chose, I asked for a second coat because it was very sheer and you could still completely see my nail underneath. She talked to the other workers next to her who also told her to apply a second coat, but then she proceeded to apply a different nail polish without telling or asking me. The one I had chosen was an elegant shimmery pearl color, but the one she applied was silver with large glitter pieces. Although it still looks okay, the first one that I chose looked much prettier and would've matched my prom dress perfectly. See More

I have been to Nail tech before for fills, but this past time they suggested a gel polish. I agreed and they applied it. That night I got home and washed my hands and the gel polish started melting off my nails. I called the following day we rescheduled I went back to have them fix my nails. They took their time, set a timer and redid the gel polish. I woke up this morning and after my shower the gel nail polish started peeling off again! I called and simply wanted a refund for all my wasted time and money as I do not live locally. They refused and set me up for another appointment to re-do the gel polish again. I am not happy that I spent my hard earned money on nails that look terrible. And that they are giving me no choice but to come back to their salon where I am not getting a quality finished product.

This place is absolutely filthy- I should’ve looked around more before my service. I am filing a complaint with the cosmetology board regarding its cleanliness.
