Went here multiple times and service got worse with each visit. The last straw was went I went to get a pedicure and decided to try their Massage for the first time. My shoulder was sore and I told my "masseuse" and requested a swedish massage which was very painful despite me telling her 3 separate times that she was kneeding too hard. The redemption was the hot stones, those actually felt good so I gave her a 10 tip then went to pay. I paid the short fat Asian lady and after I paid her stubby arse rolled her eyes and asked "u no go leahd tihp" my "masseuse" said something in Asian to her then she gave me a fake lol and said "oh dank u" Bad service the short fat one that runs the shop & collects money is very rude n disrespectful. I go to the one in farmingville next to stop and shop. They treat customers with respect, they speak English and they don't talk about u in asian

Worst customer service ever. The owner was intimidated by a customer who was aggressive about not waiting. So she made me wait for eyebrows and and a manicure even though I was already there 45 minutes and finished my pedicure. The owner is unprofessional and does not staff properly. When I expressed I had to leave and that was poor business she told me the other women needed her mustache waxed so I had to wait for eyebrows 😳 the owner is truly an idiot. Even though this is a good location for me to go on saturdays, I will not be returning.

The woman who did my manicure was extremely unfriendly. From the moment she was told by the owner (manager?) to do my nails, she acted like I was the last person in the world who she wanted to be deal...
The woman who did my manicure was extremely unfriendly. From the moment she was told by the owner (manager?) to do my nails, she acted like I was the last person in the world who she wanted to be dealing with... UNTIL I gave her the tip - I tip a lot at a nail salon after the expose on how the workers are treated. So I guess that made her smile like an idiot. But that was the only time she smiled during the time I was there.

Dont go here they are the worse i paid extra money to get gel polish and the next day it started to peel off when I went back to tell them they said my nail was to thin and thats why it happen when i explained to them that it was them who drilled my nails to make it thin they then acted like they didnt understand English and ignored me as if i wasnt standing there.

one of the better nail salons in the neighborhood. I've been coming here a long time and currently they are under new management and so far it ok. they. My 2 favorite employees are not here any longer so I'll have to see if they have anyone that fits my needs. This is a cash only spot so don't forget to hit the bank before hand, however, they do have an ATM machine and its a $2 refundable fee by the owner which I think is an added bonus (What places are offering that???). As with most salons I believe they water down the polish so if you can bring your own colors I suggest doing that. any nail polish I bring last more than 2-3 weeks. when I use their polish it lasted only 1 day (not good). over all he atmosphere is pleasant and the prices are reasonable.

Worst customer service ever. The owner was intimidated by a customer who was aggressive about not waiting. So she made me wait for eyebrows and and a manicure even though I was already there 45 minutes and finished my pedicure. The owner is unprofessional and does not staff properly. one of the better nail salons in the neighborhood. I've been coming here a long time and currently they are under new management and so far it ok. they. My 2 favorite employees are not here any longer so I'll have to see if they have anyone that fits my needs.
