Okay where do I start? Rosa Rosa Rosa ... this place and the treatment complete disrespect. I would never imagine going through something like that especially at a nail salon where Chinese women Japanese women Asian woman whatever the case may be a business like that she's always be up to par. I guess it does not matter in this world anymore how you feel about something or what makes the CUSTOMER happy!! I AM VERY OVER I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED AND IT WAS VERY OVERWHELMING BEING THERE ESPECIALLY WITH THE TREATMENT THAT I GOT BACK COMPLETE TOTAL DISRESPECT. I would not recommend this business to anyone not even a business don't even call it a nail salon and I wouldn't even second-guess it to go back you guys are the worst. And I do not apologize for what I'm saying in this negative review it should have got fixed when I was there and not treat me like a  dog!! By far best nail salon I've been too. Every time I walk in I'm always greeted by my first name. The girls are beyond patient with my needs. My nails seem to hold up much longer since I've started going to this salon. Definitely recommend this salon to all! Read Less

NEVER go here. Save yourself. Pricey acrylic set and doesn't even have good glue to keep it on for more then 2 days. Called and asked for a refund because I spent over 70$ on my new set and they cursed me on the phone. So many better places don't go here if u can avoid it. Read Less

Where to begin???  I made an appointment for an acrylic fill in and was on time for my appointment.  After waiting 10 minutes in the chair the receptionist started working on my nails.  Of course she suggested a new set, which I did not need.  I was only a month into a new one.  Of course they try to convince you to take them off (painful and time consuming-and of course out comes the dirty card for lifting off the old nails).  I advised her, ROSA, that I have had nails for 30 years and I know what's needed.  Just do the fill in!  Of course they start whispering to each other and not talking to me.  I have never been treated so rudely at ANY salon over the many years I have been getting manicures.  Most places are welcoming and trying to get new business.  However unless you were from Stepford (better known as Commack)  you are clearly not in the 'in club'!  Never Again! I came across this place just driving down Jericho trying to find a salon cheap enough for me and a salon who actually does acrylic.  It didn't happen until I came across this one.  The front desk girl was very welcoming, she was nice.  They charged $35 for a set, which was much cheaper than what I was finding.  I sat with Kim, she does ONLY acrylic - so I was told.  I came really late, which I didn't know they closed at 7:30 everyday, so two people were actually working on me a little later.  They do take credit card, but if you include tip on your card, they charge 50 cents.They do have a TV for entertainment.  It was so hot in there, which I told them and the man who works there was kind enough to bring over a fan for me.  Great customer service!  He also offered me a free 5 minute massage while I was sitting in the chair, super nice of him, too!The front desk receptionist gave me a card that you gain points each time you go there, and when that builds you get discounts.  I think that's cool because I've never been to a salon that does that.  I loved their selection of nail polishes.  They have hundreds to select from, especially Essie!  I would definitely come here again, they treated me really great.
