First time I have ever been here. I normally go to Oneonta but didn't want to drive 25 minutes just to get my nails done. The guy who did my ANC nails was very polite and made sure I was happy with what he was doing. He did an extra layer of powder for me so they would stay strong and didn't break.  Will definitely be back! Read Less

Walked in when they first opened the morning. Was worried that they wouldn't be able to take a walk in as they had appointments. They sat me right down in a chair. I always get ANC. Normally it takes about an hour and a half anywhere else to get the old ANC removed and a new color put on. I was only at this location for an hour and I love the way my nails came out. Oh, where do I begin.  I went this past weekend for a mani/pedi for an event I was attending.  The chaos of this place is astounding.  They are trying to keep the chairs full with not enough technicians so they were bouncing from chair to chair, person to person.  Yelling to each other from across the room, asking how much the person at the desk owed.  Very unprofessional.  But the kicker of my experience is that the guy who did my pedicure cut my toe with the cuticle pusher, which refused to stop bleeding and charged me full price for the pedicure......and now I have an infection for which I must see a doctor.  I don't know if the cuticle pusher was not properly sterilized or if the water basin at the pedicure chair was dirty, but I have a very purple, very sore, very infected toe right now.  I am less than pleased.  I didn't even get an apology!  I'm seriously considering taking my medical bill to them and telling them they can pay for my appointment and antibiotics since they are obviously not clean.  Do Not Go Here!  I went here in a pinch and am paying the price for it now. My friend and I went to get gel and acrylic nails done, she ended up getting a bacterial/fungal infection in her finger because of this place and I ended up with multiple cuts all around my nails from them filing badly. Not to mention they got acrylic all over the skin around my nail and the nails were lumpy and NOT smooth. Plus it was very unsanitary with a half eaten donut and dirty napkins lying on the couch people were supposed to wait and sit on. I do not whatsoever recommend this place at all. Seriously only one review???  Johnny and Kelly (the owners) are incredible!! They are constantly adding, changing, adapting their stock, supplies, and shop to make it better!  Without much competition in this whole county, they could probably do a horrible job and still have business, yet they always try to make everyone's experience better. Johnny is a perfectionist, yet very efficient. Kelly has very gentle hands - beware of falling asleep while she works on you!  I live in Saratoga folks. Saratoga. I went there after coming home from Pennsylvania to get my nails redone. Great experience, my mani that was recommended by the nail lady was finished quickly, and hasn't chipped yet, going on a week and a half. Will be going back soon, with a friend! Read Less

Boyfriend and I went to Cooperstown and we got there too early to check into the hotel. We had to drive around or do something for about a good 2 hrs. I had been complaing about my nails so we decided to go there for a mani and pedi. The place was cute. The people were a little rude since the lady was screaming at me since she didnt talk loud and I couldnt hear her. They were quick and the job was done nicely.
