Terrible upon entering...I understand coming into a salon with no appointment and not getting the best nail tech there. What I don't understand is sticking me with a tech who is obviously still learn...
Terrible upon entering...I understand coming into a salon with no appointment and not getting the best nail tech there. What I don't understand is sticking me with a tech who is obviously still learning their craft. Her polish work was sloppy she cut me twice. She we rough and not very gentle. Please don't put an apprentice out on the floor and have her do everything when she can't even put on him polish with out it looking chunky and sloppy. During my pedicure she cut me pretty good on my toe and then kept painting over the cut like that would stop the bleeding. During my manicure she oiled my cuticle twice on my left hand and never did my right hand and cut my thumb on my right hand. She seems very in a rush to get me in and out quickly not caring about the quality of work at all. When I spend close to $100 at a bit salon I expect much better results...

A friend and I wanted our nails done this was on the way home they were nice for not knowing us and did a very nice job my nails are always a pain because I have to keep them so short but I'm happy

Treated my daughter and I to a manicure. This was our first time at Tip Top Nail. Staff was friendly and did a great job. We will definitely be back again.

Great service and a great pedicure! I've been here several times. I get the $40 pedicure and it's well worth the money. Leave relaxed with amazing looking toes!

I got ANC on my nails and while it did cost $5 more than my usual place in Malta, they do 3 coats and it's worth it. The 3 coats were also not glooped on and thick like other places. My nails look jus...
I got ANC on my nails and while it did cost $5 more than my usual place in Malta, they do 3 coats and it's worth it. The 3 coats were also not glooped on and thick like other places. My nails look just as good ass day 1 and we're now on week 3! Very happy and will be going back soon.

So, a friend and I wanted to get our nails done today. We decided to go here because they weren't terribly busy. She got an ANC French tip manicure, which she is happy with. I got acrylics, and herein lies the issue. The paint is exactly what I wanted, however, my manicurist never bothered to ask me if I wanted my nails shaped. Which I did. So now I have very square nails, when I wanted almond. I am not happy. Other than the shaping, she was very rough with what filing she did. I may go back, but not for acrylics.

Do not go here. My daughter, granddaughter and I were treated rudely by the wicked witch of the oriental west! Not only that, but she did a terrible job on my daughter's nails and when my daughter returned the very next morning to have them fixed .. she wanted to charge my daughter another six dollars. It was an uncomfortable exchange and my daughter left the salon. I followed up with a phone call shortly thereafter, explained how wrong it was to treat a customer this way and she hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. They may charge cheaper prices for their services, but you get what you pay for and you certainly don't get respect or customer satisfaction.

I walked in on a Thursday night, 4 employees were quietly waiting for customers to come in. They were nothing but nice. I had a mani and a pedi done. Also upgraded the pedi to hot stone. With the amount of time spent on my pedi it was surprising that the pedi and mani came to $45. This type of service is charged more in Saratoga springs. I was there for a while. This place was great! You can tell there semi new and I would recommend this place to anyone.

I went to Tip Top Nail Spa with my grandmother this past weekend, and we had a great time! Both of us just got pedicures, and we were very happy with how they came out. It's almost been a week and the pedicure still looks great.My grandmother has some trouble getting around, and her pedicure finished before mine so I couldn't help her up. The woman doing her pedicure took the extra time to help my grandmother out of the chair, and hold onto her hand as she walked to the drying station. It was a small gesture but meant a lot. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely come back!

The best place in the area. I live in Brooklyn and when I come upstate, I ALWAYS stop in. The quality is high the people are nice I always get my nails done by Ricky (the owner) or Jack, but my sister and mother have had other people and raved. Store: The place is clean and tidy and the equipment clean. Standards here are high. Price: On par with many other places in the area and on par with my Brooklyn nail salons. People: Very nice and polite.

I wont let anyone but LAN do my nails ever again. She's an amazing artist anything I have asked her to paint on my nails she does and all free hand she is awsome

Terrible upon entering...I understand coming into a salon with no appointment and not getting the best nail tech there. I walked in on a Thursday night, 4 employees were quietly waiting for customers to come in. They were nothing but nice. I had a mani and a pedi done. Also upgraded the pedi to hot stone.
