Actually I thought it would be great experience there after seeing 5 star review,, they don't use a good gel polish , I got home and my nails were still sticky and smuggled off a bit, so I have to remove the whole nail polish ,, not even an hour after they were Done!!!! Awful
Through my 30$ out in the garbage basically
Don't waste your time going there , if you like an OPI nail polish

I have gone to the Nail Expo for probably 10 years to get pedicures and also facial waxing. Every employee is courteous, helpful and thorough. The atmosphere is pleasant and clean. I have always enjoyed coming here!

we're good, loyal customers, getting pedicures at least once a month. today i called to make an appointment for 4pm for 2 mani/pedis. the woman on the phone said we were set for 4pm. when i arrived a ...
we're good, loyal customers, getting pedicures at least once a month. today i called to make an appointment for 4pm for 2 mani/pedis. the woman on the phone said we were set for 4pm. when i arrived a little before 4 all the employees were already working on people. i told her we have an appointment and asked if they would be ready at 4 because we have plans at 5:30 which is the reason i made the appointment. she said theyd be ready and to pick the color. after waiting for a little while it was obvious they werent going to be ready for us anytime soon so we got up to leave and a woman said no no wait we'll be done in 5 minutes. well, we waited 10 minutes and finally had to leave. they never said sorry or anything and as we were walking out the guy said "oh, theyre leaving" um, DUH. too bad, theyve lost our business.

Actually I thought it would be great experience there after seeing 5 star review,, they don't use a good gel polish , I got home and my nails were still sticky and smuggled off a bit, so I have to remove the whole nail polish ,, not even an hour after they were Done!!!! Awful
