I didn't have a problem making an appointment. The nail tech did a fantastic job on my nails but I didn't see any pricing and was charged $50 for ANC. Two of the other techs were on their cell phones while with customers there & the hand and shoulder massage were not good. Although did a great job on my nails they charged way over other places & not as professional.

Horrible service. Unfriendly and abrupt. Workers were constantly talking in a foreign language in front of the customers and it was Unsettling.
I have never seen this happen in other nail spas. The one worker was rude to a customer when she was explaining a price quote - and finally mumbled βOh my Godβ loud enough for us to hear.
I was constantly being chastised for not holding my hand correctly while she was doing my nails. She turned to water spouts off for quite awhile at the beginning of my pedicure.
Obviously this girl hates her job.!!

Wanted to try a new place and was very disappointed. Did gel nail polish which is supposed to be very durable (and I have had it in the past from other salons).... not even 5 hours later the polish peeled a little and I didn't do any chores like cooking or cleaning (getting hands wet in any way). Within 5 days most nails had chipped polish. Maybe they are good at regular manicure, but won't recommend using the gels from them.

Had a wonderful mani and pedi with my mom here today. Staff is always so friendly and accommodating. The salon is always clean and prices are very reasonable. Will always be one of my go to places :)

I went to nail art and I will never go again because on my nails they gave me the wrong color , and on my cousins nails had a sharp edge on every single nail , and my aunt got her toes done and they redid them 3 times. I do not recommend going there.

Wonderful experience today. Tran took his time and did a great job. The other nail technicians were friendly and warm, as well. It was clean and the prices were reasonable. Was able to get in quickly without an appointment.The other clientele were chatty and friendly as well. All in all, a great first experience and will definitely be back!

One + : Polish goes to cuticle without gap. Another +: English was good. Another +: manicurist was friendly. Another+: no waitOne -: salon smelled strongly of acetoneAnother -: costs $5 more than my regular place which is cleanerAnother -: hand massage was brief and perfunctory and didn't cover ends of fingersAnother -: gel polish removal = soak fingers Ina bowl of acetone- I prefer wrap method. Finally, uv light shine in face- flat placement is better. All in all, it was fine but could be improved easily.Update: after 4 days, the was bleaching out of the manicure color. (Pink pic) I went back, and they re-did it. I did French, so it wouldn't have a color problem. Β They comped the polish change, but charged the up charge for the French. I though that was lame. Also, there's a bump of polish on one nail that Β he must have seen. I didn't see it until I left. Do not think I will return.

The people at this place are far from friendly. I have gone here several times and they rush through the manicures. It is the definition of a nail factory. The manicurists have also caused my cuticles...
The people at this place are far from friendly. I have gone here several times and they rush through the manicures. It is the definition of a nail factory. The manicurists have also caused my cuticles to bleed which was VERY painful. It is a bit pricey (I'm used to Queens nail prices at $7 a manicure). NOT WORTH IT!

I didn't have a problem making an appointment. The nail tech did a fantastic job on my nails but I didn't see any pricing and was charged $50 for ANC. Two of the other techs were on their cell phones while with customers there & the hand and shoulder massage were not good. Although did a great job on my nails they charged way over other places & not as professional.

Horrible service. Unfriendly and abrupt. Workers were constantly talking in a foreign language in front of the customers and it was Unsettling.
I have never seen this happen in other nail spas. The one worker was rude to a customer when she was explaining a price quote - and finally mumbled βOh my Godβ loud enough for us to hear.
I was constantly being chastised for not holding my hand correctly while she was doing my nails. She turned to water spouts off for quite awhile at the beginning of my pedicure.

Wanted to try a new place and was very disappointed. Did gel nail polish which is supposed to be very durable (and I have had it in the past from other salons).... not even 5 hours later the polish peeled a little and I didn't do any chores like cooking or cleaning (getting hands wet in any way). Within 5 days most nails had chipped polish. Maybe they are good at regular manicure, but won't recommend using the gels from them.

Had a wonderful mani and pedi with my mom here today. Staff is always so friendly and accommodating. The salon is always clean and prices are very reasonable. Will always be one of my go to places :)

Wonderful experience today. Tran took his time and did a great job. The other nail technicians were friendly and warm, as well. It was clean and the prices were reasonable. Was able to get in quickly without an appointment.The other clientele were chatty and friendly as well. All in all, a great first experience and will definitely be back!

The people at this place are far from friendly. I have gone here several times and they rush through the manicures. It is the definition of a nail factory. The manicurists have also caused my cuticles to bleed which was VERY painful. It is a bit pricey (I'm used to Queens nail prices at $7 a manicure). NOT WORTH IT!
