Sadly, my last experience will be my last visit.  This comes wigI regret as I was so excited about a nice, new, clean nail salon in CP.  I went in for an ANC manicure this weekend without requesting anyone because I've always had decent experiences.  With that being said, it's usually a little unprofessional as the entire staff jokes with one another about silly things and only occasionally includes the customer.  This time my nail technician was in the midst of a breakup, from what everyone was saying.  There were a lot of curse words used like "f---" and such.  He also told me that he was "really drunk last night".  Then the ex- girlfriend walks in.  She sits next to me as they discuss who will get the car.  Good to know his credit score is "shit".  By the end, my nails looked horrible as his hands were shaking.  A very lovely girl fixed them for me, however, the stressful experience was only able to be fixed had they stopped it while it was happening (I.e. not letting the ex girlfriend sit there and dispute their issues in front of customers). He and the girlfriend then took it outside to yell and fight.  All the while the owner(s) were inside, working, not stopping any of this.  In fact they found it funny! I can't imagine a better place to go! The staff was amazingly friendly while still holding an heir of proffessionalism. They also spoke fluent English. The decor is beautiful..white marble floor, and crisp white ,silver , and glass grounded by light turquoise and white chairs. I'd give it more than five stars if that were an option. My daughter wanted to try this place. Went online for Sunday hours...open until 3. Drove 40 minutes to get there to find out by the sign on the door Sundays are by appointment only. Went in and asked if they would be able to do my daughters nails, was informed by one employee that it should not be a problem but I had to wait a little bit until someone was available, understandable. As we are standing there another employee comes and rudely asks us what we want so I told her my daughter wanted to get her nails done and we were told it was fine but we had to wait for a few minutes....well apparently she had other ideas as she told me "are you kidding me, it 2:15 and we are by appointment only and did I realize how long it took to do a set of nails....umm yea I do I get mine done and by the way your online hours does not state Sunday was by appointment only !!!! This girl was extremely rude and very very unprofessional to the point I told her not to worry about it I wasn't interested in being disrespected and would go somewhere else to get my daughters nails done. I would never recommend anyone to go to the establishment and surely will never go back there for anything. Highly suggest they get with the program as there are many places to get nails done...oh and the person I was referred by won't return either !!! They just lost 4 customers for sure !!! Read Less

Don't let the name or the decor fool you. I didn't so much have a problem with my ANC manicure, but the people that work there are trashy. The guy who did my ANC removal had a filthy mouth. Used the F word at least three times in my presence while doing my nails. He did not seem to care at all what my experience was as far as atmosphere. The other two girls there gossiped the whole time and I could not believe the language and overall vibe I got from them. The salon looks lovely at first glance, but once I sat down at a table I realized it was pretty dirty and looked like it could use a good cleaning. The nail clipper at my table was rusty. Gross. I've been here a number of times, and I always have an exceptional experience. The space is great (just so happens to be decorated in my favorite colors), and their color and service selection is solid. What keeps me coming back, however, are the people. They are pleasant and enjoyable to chat with, and I always leave with a smile on my face. My gel manicures always last a long time, especially since I'm not so gentle on them. Someone recommended this nail salon to me so I figured I would try it out because I work a later schedule so a lot of nail salons open when I'm supposed to be at work and close before I get off. So on this Facebook page it says that the nail salon opens at 9 AM this is definitely not true the salon is open but there's no one there to do your nails! I walk in to get a simple fill on my acrylic nails and the one person in the salon tells me that none of the workers arrive until 10 AM. So I was kind of upset at that point because you say you open at 9 o'clock but I have to wait an hour after you open to get services. So I go sit in my car for an hour come back and go to pick out a nail color the same one person is in and she asked do you mind waiting because I have two people ahead of you now I didn't know you were going to come back. I think this is the most unprofessional thing that I have ever experienced in my life! Complete false advertising! I would not recommend this nail salon to my enemies! Completely wasted two hours out of my day from traveling here and sitting here and waiting! Read Less
