My stylist Tina is excellent she is very good with color and cuts I also had my nails done there by Sherry but she's no longer there but she was also top notch absolutely love both of them. I think the atmosphere there needs to be more friendly the staff will speak to you if you speak to them but otherwise when you're with your stylist nobody else will talk to you. I'm a very outgoing person so I sometimes trying to gauge them to in the conversation but sometimes it's difficult. Otherwise I'm a very comfortable there. Read Less

I had an appointment scheduled on a Friday afternoon. The woman called me at noon that day to reschedule. Okay fine, so I reschedule to the next Friday. When I walk in the woman at the counter can’t find me on the calendar and gives me an attitude. She tells me to sit and wait for 3:15. Dont be fooled with this false advertisement i came in to get microdermabrasion somehow the lady who does the facial keep spending time in my head pulling my hair from my head cuz she said it was a ingrown hair I came in for microdermabrasion not for hair and she barely spend time in my face to do facial and when she did clean my face only she put the soap and one white and that was it and my microdermabrasion only spent two minutes in my face and I spent 4 hours and there Sp...a because she been pulling the hair out of my head cuz she keeps existing it was ingrown hair and now I'm leaving with bald spot in my head and not very pleased with it .owner was not very professional about it and taking the side of her esthetician that it was ingrown hair and somehow the hair she keep pulling from my head the ingrown hair is same length of my regular hair I'm Asian I don't have ingrown hair and it just happened I'm also an esthetician and should they give existing it it was ingrown hair how pathetic that is cuz I don't see it I look up my head I don't see what they're talking about so next time I'll learn my lesson paying the full price instead of the half price and leaving you bold head and also oh yeah peel rhe skin in my upper lip . I had a facial with Mia and it was simply amazing. My skin has never felt or looked better. I cannot believe the difference in the way it looks and feels even a week later. Have been there for year and had a mix feeling. Some day you got a stellar service and some day didn’t... My manicurist was often late for my appointment. The service and atmosphere is terrible!!! To finish off my disappointment, they didn't even provide your typical warm lotion, hot towel, hand massage treatment. I never come back. My friend recommended Fresh Nail Lounge & Spa. This place has it all. Nails, pedicures, facials & massage! Wonderful, courteous staff! The owner, Jamila Cross is a wonderful nail tech! So happy to have found her! I bought a Groupon for a facial. I had never had a facial before and this was a bad experience. They called me often before my appt to either confirm my appt or ask me to change me appt time. The day of I was able to come earlier so I called to see if they wanted me to come earlier since they had previously asked if I could. Apparently it was the esthetician's manager I spoke with because when I checked in the esthetician was very rude and asked me why I called back and spoke with her manager. This made me uncomfortable since she clearly had an issue with this. She then took me upstairs, didn't close the door or try to relax me and just basically started telling me all the things I needed to change, my shampoo/cond, my make up, stop eating dairy, it was a long list. She then proceeded to pick at my face for 45 minutes making comments about how big some of the extractions were. She didn't use gloves or anything, just bare hands and nails. I told her I was interested in a new skin care line and she definitely started to product push a line only she could provide me. She said it was only available through a licensed esthetician which was inconvenient since I def wasn't planning on returning. Last thing I'll mention is that she was taking longer than expected and made me aware of how late she was running but kept picking at my face. The door was open the whole time and people were walking by and seeing this! My skin freaked out after this and I assume it was from the bacteria on her hands and all of the extracting she was doing. I went here and used a Living Social Deal I purchased. When I first got there it took the staff at least 15 minutes before they acknowledged my presence. I went and got a pedicure and a no chip mani. The Pedicure was okay. The parrafin wax was a little too warm. When she got ready to paint my toes she didn't put a base coat. When I asked she said that was because they don't use one because too many layers will cause it too chip. Then it was time for the manicure. She didn't do anything to my cuticles and when i asked she said she pushed them back then when she filled my nails she didn't do it straight across so now I have an awkward nail slant. I had to ask for a second coat. This is my third shellac mani and the first time was amazing this time not so much. I will NOT be going back! I wouldn't NEVER pay regular price for the sub-par service I received. Read Less
