I had to visit this nail shop 3 times in less than 5 hours !!! This is not my normal nail shop but I needed a fill badly and I was in the area. They are rude and very loudly speaking Chinese. I paid $25 to get a fill over my real nails . Less than 2 hours later the entire acrylic and polish came off one of my nails . I went back and the same lady who did my nails fixed it and complained I got it wet or had on oil and it was my fault it came off . Then I left the shop and went home and acrylic came off another nail! I went to the shop and complained . The manager told me the lady who did my nails did not know how to do them and she would do them for me but I refused because they wasted my whole Sunday and she was ruining my natural nails. And they eventually gave me a refund. While I was there several other people complained that they were told a different price then what they were asked to pay. It was very unprofessional and the staff was very rude I will never go back and I will make sure I continue to spread the word that this place sucks . Read Less

If I can give them a negative star I would worst nail shop ever!!!! Don't go to them they can't do nails and they always cutting you and they make your eye brows real thin and rude asf!!! They are very rude. When I told them they hurt me they claim they are cutting nail. I said no it hurts and they continued. After, she had the nerves to ask for a tip as soon as she gave me change. I mean damn. Give me a chance. Either way. I will never return as this is not my 1st bad experience. Read Less

They are very racist in there. I bought a gift card for my niece for her wedding to be pampered and they ignored what she wanted. When she told them it was not what she asked for he told her TO BAD I ALREADY STARTED. IF I TAKE IT OFF YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY EXTRA. When she started to cry he said this is why I hate working on white people. Owner of store told me when I got there they were stressed over a party of 5 African American people and he took it out on my niece cause she was by her self......
