Got my nails done a week ago today and by the 5th day they are a complete mess! I got a pedicure not the cheap one and a gel nail, and my finger nails are chipping at least 6 of them. My toes are also peeling 7 of them to be exact. The lady did a manicure on my nails and I had to keep pointing out clear pieces of skin to clip and also to even out the thumb nails so that it did not chip and mess up the gel nail. Long and behold she still half did it and here we are a week later actually less than when they initially started chipping. What a waist of 70 bucks. I am going to revisit them today and show them the poor job they have done. They don't even need to redo it just take it all off and refund my money that would be the proper a satisfying way to fix it. Read Less

Wanted to treat my step daughter to a pedicure so we made an appt at Bebe because it's close to home. The minute we walked in they immediately started trying to upsell me on gel, deluxe pedicure, manicure. I told her we were just in for the pedicure today. Any basic pedicure should include them using a pumice stone and softening my feet- I guess I needed to pay for the "Deluxe" to get that because my heels felt more rough after she was done. Back to the upselling- I had to tell her 4 times, no to a manicure. Finally- I gave in because I felt like I was being cheap after she pushed so much. Then of course we go to "Gel" polish - "You want gel?" "You want gel?" I paid for the gel polish. We both got a french mani-pedi, which costs more and the lines are TERRIBLE! Mine polish is so thick and my step daughters is only one coat, thin and crappy. The hot towels that she put on my legs smelled musty like they had sat too long before being dried- So $130 later, we got two terrible mani- pedis and I will never go back! I don't treat MYSELF to getting my nails done enough, not to mention taking a guest along and when I do, I expect to get the service I pay for. I'm so annoyed Read Less

The woman who did my gel polish and delux pedicure was not tentative to detail. I kept having to remind her what shape I wanted when she was filing my nails. My toe nails were uneven when she was done. And my get polish was all over crevices of my cuticles. When I told her I was unhappy with the work they refused to compensate me. I don't get my nails done often but when I do, I have pretty high standards. This was easily the worst manicure ever... the polish was wrinkled and uneven. I got them done yesterday afternoon and today they already chipped. They kept pushing for gel which got annoying and I'm definitely glad I didn't pay that. Read Less

Bebe Nails nails is HORRIBLE!!! I decided to come here Sunday Oct. 23rd because they are literally the ONLY nail shop open on a Sunday in my area. I didn't feel like going to the mall to get them done and the regular place that I normally go to was closed obviously because everybody needs a day off. I got a full gel set from a woman named L___ (I won't say her name because of certain reasons), but they were horrible!! My nails started to lift after one day, she painted over my cuticles, some nails were longer than others & different shapes. I showed her an exact picture of what I wanted and she still MESSED UP!! I'm a nice person so I didn't say anything. She charged me $40 when it was a $5 job. I still payed what she charged but I will never go back again!!! Ladies stay with your regular nail tech. If your looking to get your nails done Bebe nails is the place to go! I have faithfully been coming here for almost 3 years and i refuse to see anyone else! Buddy and Jennifer the owners of the shop are the absolute best at what they do I have never been dissatisfied. I started off with regular acrylics and polish and now have moved up to gel powder nails and gel polish and they are very on top of their game when it comes to designs, technique and especially cleanliness! You get your own box of supplies they use solely on you and i could not be an happier! Buddy and Jennifer have an awesome business and are always very helpful, friendly, and professional!
