Came here during my lunch break for a french gel manicure since I work right in town and needed it for a wedding the next day.  I had a 12:30pm appointment during the week but came in almost 20 minutes early and they still sat me down right away!  Not a super chatty place but after speaking to people all day, it's nice to just sit back and relax.  Lily did a wonderful job on my nails, and was very thorough while still keeping an eye on my time constraint.  We will see how long the gel holds up (just got them done), but right now I am very please to find such a good place that I can do to when needed! I ended up here after  receiving poor service two doors down. They were calm friendly and accommodating.  Got a French that lasted almost a full week. My sister who was a panicked bride was given special attention.  Would definitely  go back. Read Less

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The owner is rude, unfriendly and does not honor appointments. Mimi seems rushed and impatient every time I am there. Gel Manicures do not last and pedicures used to be good but now Mimi seem to make her people rush and therefore not good! Read Less

I have been a customer in the past and pleased with the service provided until this last time. Tonight I entered with my niece at 6:50pm. I asked if they were still taking customers, as I knew they closed at 7pm. They happily said "oh yes"! Two women rushed us to the chair and asked which pedicure we wanted. Shocked but conscious of time we took two basic pedicures but asked for 10 minute massages. This was the worst pedicure, I have ever received . No foot scrub, not attention to detail and a paint job in less than 2 minutes. The two ladies should perhaps think twice before speaking Spanish in front of their customers and maybe consider they might understand! "Rapido, Rapido" they spoke about non stop. I paid $80.00 for two of these pedicures that took a total of 15 minutes. Besides a horrible job, it was extremely uncomfortable for us to be in the chairs. This was a treat for Niece whom I haven't seen in over a year!  When I told them upon departure they were extremely unapologetic and offered no customer service. In fact, she argued that all service ( the massage) were provided.I purchased 3 gift cards earlier this same week because I thought it was a quality establishment. I absolutely not referring this establishment. Too many quality nail salons in the area who I will gladly give my loyalty too in the area. Read Less

Came on a recommendation. If you want a low-key nail bar that is genuinely clean this is it. Not too fancy and good flow. Comfortable atmosphere. Mimi is great and her staff is pleasant and work quickly. Convenient location with nearby parking options. Good prices too! Read Less
