Blooming Nails (fka King's Nails):  I (and my daughters) have been going here regularly for 10+ years for manicures, pedicures and waxing through I believe 3 management changes.  The new-ish (about a year) manager, Julia, is a delight, sweet as can be. (The prior one, Annie, was wonderful as well.). The staff (a mix of women and a couple of men) bends over backwards to ensure a good customer result and experience. They take good care of female and male patrons.  It is smaller salon (5 pedicure chairs and I believe 5 manicure stations) so it is quieter than many places and does not feel like an "assembly line". There is also parking in front, on the side or in back and it's across from an excellent by-hand car wash so you can check off that errand as well!  A shout out:  Rebecca in particular offers excellent massage in addition to manicures and pedicures. I am writing on behalf of my mom. As Mother's Day approaches, I wanted to treat my mom to a mani/pedi at Blooming Nails. Although my favorite nail salon in Chappaqua is Serenity, she wanted to go here since she has been getting her nails done at this location for years. (They are always under a new management).  After her pedicure, she took a look at her nails and noticed that there were streaks. Basically, the nail polish was sheer and required 3 coats, not 2. She brought this to the attention of the nail tech, who I believe is the manager (!). She instantly blamed my mothers nails for the uneven coating, saying that there was something wrong with them. Mind you, there is absolutely nothing wrong with her nails. She has been a customer here for 10 years and there's never been an issue. So this was surprising to her, especially since it's really not a big deal - just add another coat. No need to make anybody feel uncomfortable for such an easy remedy. An astute manager would know this and put the customer first. Side note: I am the second person to review this place and I am pretty sure the first review is staged. Read Less
