You basically have to have an appointment. They don't really take walk ins. And, they are kind of expensive compared to other nail places. My pedicure was poorly done. Awful! I had a gel manicure and it started peeling the same day and by day 3 it all had come off. My gel manicures from every other place typically last 10-14 days this place it didn't even last 5 hours. The staff is nice but pushy. If I could give 0 I would . I came here on Friday got Powder Gel manicure. It's now Monday and my nail chipped. I came back to get it fixed the lady was very rude! She told me my nail broke which it why it chipped. Which is not even possible if you have powder gel you would understand. Then she tells me to find my color. They now have more than 5 colors so the two look similar I ask her to double check she refused and told me I should make sure I'm right or go ask the person who did my nails. Then she precedes to file my nail with the machine ( which is never done with powder Gel) and tries to pick the polish off! I was pulling my hand away because it hurts and told her to let it soak. She again refused continued to try and pick at the nail I told her to stop! She finally did and put the foil on my nail to let it soak and squeezed my finger! I will NEVER come back here again . I came across this salon by accident when I needed to go to stop and shop next door and what a happy accident! Salon was very clean and bright, girls were super friendly but not pushy. Regular pedicure felt like a spa pedicure and my gels look amazing. They use sterile single use supplies which is great and are very meticulous which is something that is rare so I loved that. They also put a warm shoulder pack on you during the service, very nice touch. I've been to cheaper places but the price point is fair and the service is really great. Also got a lotion gift today as well as a coupon. Will definitely be sending Mom and friends here. Glad I found this in my new area. Read Less

Visited this location today with my daughter, she got a pedicure and everything was great - I chose the gel manicure and pedicure combo. My technician was named Michelle, and after this encounter I will never return. My pedicure was less than average and polish was all over my toes, but the gel manicure sealed my decision to not return and to write a review. First, the table was not plugged in and Michelle didn't 'like' the color I chose? I explained it looked 'off' because i...t mixed with the clear base coat and it hasn't cured because the lights were not on- she argued with me and finally proceeded - then she began complaining about me in another language as if I couldn't understand the repeated word color and see the eye rolling along with coworkers coming over to look?? Did I mention she got up during my manicure and left to wax someone without even the courtesy to ask or let me know where she was disappearing to? She was sloppy and some of my fingertips are stuck to the nails and the tip of the nail was globbed with polish which looks like a 2 year old performed my manicure. BEWARE and when I called to speak to a manager I was told by Ali that I could just talk to her ?? Really - talk about terrible customer service !! Horrible. Not enough workers and prices are high. Service isn't even good. Owner was actually telling people there was a wait and she couldn't take them.. There are 3 customers here. Manager was rude, spoke to me in a demeaning manner in front of my children all because her workers didn't show up for the day. They claim to take walk ins, but once the appointments arrive, they skip steps just to move to them. I will never go back and told all of my friends about this place. What she didn't know was that I am a physician and work for a few of the large hospitals in the area. we went in to get mani/pedi's for a girls day out .. the Pedicure, foot soak and leg massage were wonderful. When it came to getting my nails done, it was awful. I needed a gel fill in and the person LINDA didn't understand what i requested no matter how many times i said it. I went in with a groupon coupon for gel manicure. I knew what it was and what i was asking for. Instead she barely shaped the nails and placed them under the UV with straight nail polish... my nails look horrible and then she started a an argument with me. wont go there again lust because of her. The last review was written a while ago, so I figure I'd give an updated review. My experience was absolutely superb. They are under new management, and that could be why, but I really don't care. This is the best nail salon I've ever been to. It's not very pretty on the inside, but they are clean and the nail techs are very talented. They didn't hurt, or cut me, and there were no "second day aches" on my full set. I got the gel nails, which I didn't like, but it was the nails, not the place or the tech, I just prefer acrylic. They did talk me up to the gel because I wash my hands a lot, but they were trying to be helpful, and they were right, minimal chipping for the 3 weeks I had them done. I would continue to go back if my younger cousin(who I take to get her nails done) wasn't so picky. I can't wait to go back again by myself. I might get my eyelashes done here soon. The salon is beautiful and prices are a little high. They have great customer service an are very friendly, but the reason I had to give them 2 stars is because I tried this place in need of an acrylic fill in. The lady said my nails were not good an would I like to do a full set so I asked how much an she said 50 for a full set an 35 for a fill. So I decided to go with a full set . Now beside her using her metro card to slide it between my real nail an fake nail to pry it off they cut my natural nail short an put uv gel on it for 50$ an told me to come back to get them painted because they were closing. So I want going to go back but with in three days I had three broken nails. They offered to fix it for free which I thought was very nice but when I went back they did almost like a polish under the uv light. So it's been 6 days since then an guess what I have a broken nail they offered for me to come back but at this point three times in a nail salon within a two week time span is ridiculous to me. This place is terrific. It's clean, gorgeous, great selection of colors (although you can bring your own), and nice friendly staff. You don't need an appt but some days they get busy. I see the other review and I can only assume the person must have walked in with an attitude if they received such treatment. Well, I'd read mixed reviews, but it was convenient & they could fit me in today(a Saturday in Dec) . The latter is funny since there was only one other client & the girls were all sitting around. You'd think I'd get better service, since there was no rush, but not to be the case. The girl seemed annoyed I only wanted the basic pedi & not the more expensive ones. The water was steeping hot & the service less than mediocre. The massage portion was the worst I'd ever had (knees to feet) I'm going back to LuLus in Mt Sanai from now on. I went there today for the first time and honestly I could have done my nails better myself. The people were very rude and basically rushed us out. This woman who was probably new did my nails and she basically screwed up my nails. She forced me into getting uv gel nails instead of acrylic and she obviously didnt know how to do my nails. Her excuse was "your nails are too short," but thats why I came to this dirty place. She painted have the nail, she obviously doesnt know how to do the gel because it just laid in the middle. My nails look completely disgusting. I need like an emergency nail job to fix whatever they did to my nails.Read Less
