I've been going to nail love for  about 8 months.. I've wanted to go to elsewhere a few times.. but it's convenient. However, after today...  after 8 months, no smile of recognition. DisappointedThe quality of gel manicures differs. The past 2 times, I had to ASK to have my cuticles attended  to. That doesn't seem right.. Very factory like.. in and OUT! . Today, As  i looked around.. Place is filthy. Garbage pails were gross, bottles on tables are dirty.. the walls behind the girl's tables are all mark c up. Silk flowers need refreshing.same Nail Love polish display table sitting empty   and awkward next to the wash sinks. Instead of the girls cleaning and sprucing the place when not with a customer, they're on their phones. Just a poor climate to the Business. They don't try to connect with customers. I love this place. Very clean and professional but call ahead to avoid waiting. They get busy because they are good. I've gotten nails, waxing and pedicures and never been dissapointed. Love my new set of green cat eye gels! Read Less

Went for a fill in.  Didnt last one week, one nail starting peeling off and went back they decided to glue it while I was standing up and it fell off in two days. Place is very beautiful, brand new.  The workers all seem nice. A little expensive for my experience in this place. God Bless Nail Love! Especially Jennifer!! Long Story short, I had perfect long nails for over 10 years ( even If i didn't get there in over 4 weeks, and my nails open boxes!) any break ( I could count on 1 hand!) was my own fault....until the owner sold. Under the new ownership they DESTROYED MY NAILS! EVERY SINGLE NAIL lifted after 2 manicures! Mom went in the hospital, and was my priority. I looked like Michael Jackson with bandaids on my finger tips trying to hold the gel on! That gave me under 1 nail. ( 1 too many!) I needed HELP! Not just a manicure.  Between Mom, and work to actually make a nail appointment knowing I can keep it seemed impossible! Nail Love was able to give me one the last minute on the same day! Not just 1 for me but one for my 87 1/2 year old Mom. Very well staffed! They are CLEAN! COMFORTABLE, RELAXING atmosphere and everyone was so attentive! I have a sensitive nose, Someones perfume sitting near me triggered a cough during a pedicure, before I could look up from getting a Mint out of my bag I  was handed a glass of water! I also had to remove all the gel from my nails, and get a  full set of tips for the 1st time in over 15 years! It was cheaper than one of my normal fill in's! This place is amazing! I have been there a couple times and it's so clean and beautiful. The atmosphere is great, comfortable and it is so relaxing, though it was very crowded, it was worth the wait! If you go ask for the man, he did my nails and he gave me the best gel manicure I ever had. this place is great and the prices are really good. This is the best place I been too, and deffinatley the nicest nail salon in this area. I will be back there very soon! Read Less
