They person who did mine wasn’t even paying attention, and ended up leaving nail polish on the sides of my nail beds and not cleaning up the Edges or painting my full nail. Also my nail shape was extremely lopsided and different lengths and uneven. I felt like I was being rushed out of their because the man kept telling me to leave my old French manicure nails with the coffin shape and was not letting me put a color over them and telling me it was “out of style” and no one does them even though it is a very popular style.. and not to mention the nail tech didn’t do any pre treatment to my nails to clean up the cuticles or file my nails down. Kara and Jen did a great job! Very friendly and Kara is chatty and engaging. My daughter got gel pedi and mani for a little over $20! A regular pedi is $25, but for $10 more, my friend and I got the deluxe spa. Totally worth it! For another $12, I got my first pro mani. She did a great job, but I wasn't clear enough and she ended up clipping my nail right down to the nail bed. I guess I should have asked to have them shaped instead of agreeing to have them cut. A bit of a language barrier. They are growing, of course, but I'm really annoyed in the meantime. Not her fault, but I know what to say the next time! Read Less

This little salon is exactly what I was looking for. Very fair prices, no pressuring me to upgrade to a more expensive service and friendly. They also have free WiFi. The nail tech did a really nice job on my daughter's nails. Also they have a 10% discount for students. Read Less

Easily one of the best manicures I've ever had- between The Bronx, NYC, Miami, Atlanta and SWL- Andy knew what my nails needed and what shape worked. Had a mani and pediatrics done here by Kara.  She was awesome.  Not only does she do excellant work but goes the extra mile.  I debated having a manicure due to a broken collarbone and the inability to lift my arm up ro the station.  Kara made me feel comfortable that she could make adjustments to accommodate me and she did. Stopped on a Thursday morning around almost noon, was told 20 min wait but actually waited 40-50mins. The place is small & cramped, while waiting I saw a daddy long legs crawl across the waiting area, thought about bolting but was desperate for a pedi.  Ended up ok however just 3 days later it's already chipping :(. Despite the fact that this salon is very busy, the service and quality is excellent. I have been a customer since 1998 and have experienced the best quality nail/pedicure service as compared to salons from The Syracuse to Rochester area including Wayne county. You get what you pay for and I have not had problems with this salon where as other salons provided shoddy substandard service that required return visits to correct broken nails or fungal infections. This salon is very busy on weekends or around prom/wedding events and it is also located in a summer tourism city. No brainer why this place is busy and if you walk in you may wait for service. Your best bet is make an appointment and with that expect waiting during premium hours especially during warmer months. Vikki nails rocks out the best service for the buck and all the techs are accommodating. That is why this salon is so jammed packed at times because it is the best ! I like my nails, ect. done right the first time with out having to go back for a fix up and that is what I get. If a problem does arise Vikki s will fix the problem with little or no charge.
