I wouldn't recommend this place, my experience was pretty crappy. I went to get a regular manicure and that was very expensive. when I took a shower the next morning my nail polish started to peel. So the next day I went back to complain, and the lady who did my nails before told me I should get gel polish and that i would get half off due to the inconvenience. So I get the gel polish and when I go up to pay they said $20(original price was $30). I said that half of 30 is 15, and she said sense I got a massage(that I didn't ask for) they added $5. Although the gel polish was not applied well and looked sloppy, it did last long. But overall the service wasn't great, I think I would've preferred a refund. Read Less

This was an awkward experience! I went in for a gel manicure. The man who did it didn't say one word to me the entire time. After he painted my nails he got up and started rubbing my neck and back. I didn't ask for that...I don't care if it's included they did not say it was! It was strange and awkward. I saw him put the bag he used to cover the warm towel under a sink then 2 minutes later another employee used it for another customer! They reuse the same bag on all the customers... Just so weird. This was the most horrid manicure and pedicure ever.  I had a gel manicure and she never put the "top clear coat".  I asked her why not and she kept saying she did.  I didn't want to cause a scene but 4 days later, nails are chipping.   Both hands and feet were filed crookedly.  Just an overall horrible experience.  Wished I had looked at review first. Bad experience today at the nail salon. I got a manicure and pedicure and I left with my fingers bleeding. I kept telling her to be more gentle but she didn’t listen and she was rolling her eyes and acting like I was bothering her. I will never go back there and will never recomend it. There is a great place right across the street. Oh and a lady walked out of the bathroom with the toilet paper dragging behind her about 20 feet and the owner rolled it back on the roll in the bathroom. I couldn’t believe it. So gross. Read Less

Don't come here expecting a top notch pedicure because this isn't the place for it.  My pedicure didn't last more than 20 minutes and I purchased an upgraded package.  They appear to work on timers and while my toes look good, they did not do enough to remove callouses or pay attention to the overall process.  I won't be back. My first time to Rose Nails was a game changer. Went in for a pedicure and was immediately greeted. Had 0 wait time and got to pick from 6 or more different pedi's they offered. The whole experience was fantastic. From the jelly goopy stuff my feet soaked in to the foot massage!! And to make a great thing even better... while my toesies were drying, the lady came over and I got a shoulder rub!! I am 26 weeks pregnant and left feeling relaxed and way less achy!! I normally enjoy the 30 minutes when I get a regular pedicure. I don't like men doing it. Today totally reinforced why. He didn't have a name tag. I was done in 20 minutes. The warm massage after wasn't even worth it. Next time I'll wait for a lady. It ruined my whole day. Read Less

The place looked great! Nice and clean. My group of 3 friends all got right in and they put us all together. We had lots of fun. And the pedicure was fantastic with a neck rud as our feet dryer was going. They have a message chair that I tried out too, not bad, I got a nice 10 minutes for 12 bucks. Worth it! Read Less

Best place to get a manicure, pedicure or massage. Always friendly, always so clean and always looks like a brand new Nail place. I have gone there since about Oct. 2016 once a month. Consistently happy. Don't listen to the one bad review as I think that is from one of their competitors. Read Less

Don't waste your money. Probably one of the worst pedicures ever had. We weren't even sitting in a chair for 15 minutes. I had to ask for my cuticles to be done and they still weren't done right. The gentleman who did my pedicure acted like he couldn't wait to get the heck out of here the entire time. E keep sighing the ENTIRE time! I got one coat of Polish and I was done. Got the opportunity to get a pedicure and gel manicure here for the first time.  Staff was not friendly...and one of the worst gel manicures I have ever had. pedicure was ok but chipped within an hour.  Will not be returning. Read Less

This is by far the WORST pedicure I have ever received. I basically paid  $35 to have my toenails painted. The pedicure lasted only 20 minutes and my heels were never touched. The manicurist "mike" put 1 coat of polish on my toes and I had to ask for another coat so that you couldn't see my nail bed. To make this worse he also cut the cuticle on my toe causing me to bleed. I also had two other people with me that had similar experiences with with " Julie and Jen". We went back the following day to express our dissatisfaction and were mocked and told that they wouldn't comp our services and told us they didn't know when the manager would be available.
