Originally went with an appointment on a crazy busy Saturday. Asked if they’d rather I come back on Monday which they were thrilled with. Came on Monday, waited half hour past my appointment time. When asked if I wanted basic or deluxe, I chose basic. At that point employee became increasingly rude saying I would be disappointed with basic. My mother in the seat next to me got the “basic” as well. Her pedicure looks 100% better than mine. My feet still rough, cuticles a mess, polish all over toes, and polish on nails not even. Told to move from pedi chair to cash register then virtually kicked out the door. No dryer time, no thank you... so rude! I sadly won’t be going back. I went in two weeks ago with no appointment. Was my first visit and I wanted a full set of acrylics with gel polish. I was seated within minutes and was out of there In an hour. This place used to be a great spa for a pedicure. After being seen intermittently for over two hours (!) and sitting for 20 minutes with cold water & cold towels, I left. No polish but still charged full price. I now have to pay elsewhere to get polish. ☹️ The turnover here is ridiculous. I’ll never go back. Read Less

My first impression of this place was a good one.I came in for a mani/pedi and was seated in a pedicure chair immediately. The place is the most beautiful nail spa I have been to. They put a wrap over the basin your feet go in as well which is nice. Lastly, they offered water and they served some grapes with it (but they didn't seem washed). I ultimately left pretty disappointed. I paid extra for my pedicure that included 5 extra steps, one to specifically remove callouses. Well let me tell ya, I do a better job at home making my feet smooth. Big disappointment there. Additionally, I didn't notice the woman left my toe nails long. I have never had this issue so I didn't think to look as I relaxed in my chair. As my feet and legs had some sort of gel burning on them, she started my manicure in the chair. It was very uncomfortable to have to stretch my left arm over to the right side and just hold it there for so long. It also made the massage chair uncomfortable, as my body was twisted now stretching my arm over. She gave me the worst manicure ever. I looked at my nails after she cut and file and they were so sloppy. I also noticed when she painted both my toes and fingernails she had to clean them both up with a brush and remover around the nail where she would get polish on my skin. She also did not remove any cuticle from my nails. She went through the motions, but did not actually remove any. She didn't speak any English and seemed like she didn't know what the heck she was doing so I didn't speak up about anything because I was afraid I might get hurt if I did (by accident because she didn't know what she was doing). She was nice but she really didn't know what she was doing and I guarantee she does not actually have a license to do nails. She also did not paint every fingernail right up to the cuticle. So strange. I will not be returning. I'll miss the warm neck wrap they put on you in the chair, as well as the beautiful environment, but ultimately I am there to get a pedi and mani than I can give myself and that did not happen at all. Got a groupon for a Spa Mani Pedi and they did awesome! Both of my nail techs were so so sweet, and attentive. I felt so good about them, that I showed them my idea for NEXT time ;) I appreciate the attention they give to their work, and customers. Easily the best dip powder manicure in the area! They make sure to file the dip powder down enough that your nails look natural and not thick/bulky, plus it makes grow out less noticeable. Had my nails done here twice already and both manicures lasted 3+ weeks before they started to chip/lift. Super nice and efficient. Read Less

Went a few weeks ago with my niece. In love,will go nowhere else. I honestly hesitated entering, yes I judge the book by the cover,but walked into a beautiful salon. Greeted with my choice of soda or water and a container of grapes. Had a lovely spa pedicure. Thorough and friendly. Also saw a bar and bowls of yummy treats. I'm all about amneneties. I really enjoy coming here! Once a woman finds the perfect nail shop, she really cannot turn he back on it. Came here three times so far and each time has been great. I would have given it five stars, however my last pedicure I didn't enjoy the employee who was working on me. Focused more on my nails color and removal than the actual pedicure and fixing of my feet. But it won't stop me from coming back. I had a great experience here today! I was excited to see a place open on a Sunday with so many positive reviews!I was a walk-in and they took care of me right away. Tiffany was wonderful! She did a manicure and spa pedicure for me. I really liked that she was a perfectionist and would make sure everything was done to a high standard.This place is CLEAN. The spas have a liner, the metal tools are sterilized and opened in front of you, the pumice stone is used just on you and then tossed out, and the other tools are sent home with you.A little bonus, they offer you water/pop and grapes. I was a traveler from Texas and don't unusually complain but this lady SUCKED. I asked for a deluxe pedicure and ended up not getting my toe nails cut, didn't dig under my toes, gave me the weakest massage I've ever had, and the callis removing was nonexistent. And on top of that the lady didn't even speak English for me to tell her what I wanted and how I wanted it done. Then when it came to the painting my toes she painted over my whole toe to then clean up every toe. She acted like she had no idea what she was doing. So I paid $30 for feet soak and painted toes. This place is ok... but USED TO BE SO MUCH BETTER.  I'm not sure what happened.  Maybe 8-9 months ago something shifted.  The quality of the nail techs and pedicure techs just went way down.  And as far as pedi's go... can you please put some effort and a little more than 30 seconds into the rub? It's the best part!  The hours are convenient and they are great with walkins which is a plus for me!  I don't want the 2nd string pedi or mani girl that gets polish outside the nail.  But overall ok. This place isn't a bad spot, though I've had the $55 pedicure I received -- and all of the accoutrements that came with it -- for $10 less elsewhere.My technician, Sam, was extremely wonderful and a pleasure to be around. Though I wasn't offered any of the wine on the pedicure station cart (I dont hold it against anyone as I don't know if it was a free-for-all or someone's personal stash), I had access to some great scrubs and foot masks. Speaking of scrubs, when you walk in, you're asked to choose a nail color and a (foot) srcub from their variety of options. I opted for the mango that was super fragrant.During my hour plus time there, I had a nice pedicure that lasted for a while. My only negative is that this place doesn't use what I call a "cheese grater for feet" that other places have -- and my often callused MMA feet need. (They use a sponge type square with a callus solution that's okay, but, to me, isn't as effective as that purple pumice rectangle or the grater.)As much as I loved my pedicure, I can't justify paying $55 every two weeks for something I could get cheaper elsewhere, especially if certain tools and items aren't used.Still, this is a good place with kind people. This place has a very relaxing, spa like atmosphere. You are treated very well, given a nice drink and some grapes, starting off quite nicely. The pedicure tubs are clean, each with the liner, it seems extremely hygienic. The sugar scrubs and lotions both feel and smell wonderful, very relaxing, but the massage itself was pretty pathetic. It felt more like someone just rubbing their hand down my calf then an actual massage. My major complaint is that I paid for the Spa Deluxe Pedicure, and specifically mentioned that I wanted him to focus on my calluses, and as you can tell from the photos, my calluses are still very present and feet dry. Other than a fresh coat of polish, you would have no idea that I had a pedicure. While the atmosphere is wonderful, I'm not sure it's worth it for me to leave a nail salon with my feet still feeling dry and cracked. Read Less

I found this place via a Groupon I purchased, and was happily surprised to discover it to be 5 minutes from my house. Nice, clean, spacious... lots of color choices. Amazing massage chair, and the technician who did my pedicure gave me such an amazing foot and leg rub that I almost fell asleep. Tons of shellac colors. I took away 1 star only because where to park isn't clear. They do have free parking behind Wally Park, but you won't know that until you have already parked somewhere else. They're open on Sundays! Walk-in for French gel manicure took 45 minutes from the moment I parked. They sterilize their tools in an autoclave and give you a file and buffer to keep. (Great to keep in car!) I really liked that Le used a clear base (as opposed to a pink shade) so the grow out/lifting is less noticeable later. He made sure I liked the shape of the nail and the white tip before applying polish/UV light which I appreciated. Also! He uses a small brush to paint on the white tip which is a method I prefer rather than the painting & erasing with a brush dipped in acetone method. Everyone was super friendly. I like that you get to pick out the scent of your lotion beforehand. And the fresh onetime use towels they have, too! Read Less

Beautiful Salon. I loved the staff, the selections are wonderful, and they did an excellent job on my nails. I got a gel manicure which has lasted 3 weeks so far and they are still looking good! I also got a spa pedicure and the tech did a wonderful job. I felt that I was the only person in the salon and they really made sure I felt comfortable. I would definitely go back for services. This spa does a little something extra, and it shows. They offer you a beverage and grapes during your service. The place is very clean and professional. I would have given 5 stars, but I had to wait a bit before they sat me down for my pedicure.  I like the soaking bowl of orange slices and flower pedals for manicure services. Chairs very comfy. This spa is clean and professional, and the prices are reasonable. When you walk in the door, you can sign-in and choose your service, polish color, and lotion. I came with a group of 4, and we were brought right to the back where the pedicure chairs are. I particularly like how roomy the spa is, and there is definitely enough space to bring a group. While I did not count, I believe there were at least 10 or more chairs. The massage chairs were comfortable and easy to use. The atmosphere was very clean. They use a plastic cover in their tubs for added cleanliness. You are offered complimentary soda/water, but can bring your own drink. They also have large bowls of candy sitting out, with chocolate and suckers. You are also given small cups of grapes, which is an added bonus. There are plenty of magazines sitting out, and televisions on as well. Several people were working when we walked in, so there was no wait and we were all able to get our pedicures done at the same time.Overall, the pedicure was nice for the price you pay. I chose the regular spa pedicure, which was $25. With this pedicure, your feet soak in the water, they attend to filing of the nails/feet/cuticles, rub lotion on your calves and feet for a short massage, place a hot towel on your legs, and apply polish. Also, you also given a heated neck cushion which covers your neck and shoulders. The staff was very kind, friendly, and talkative.The only reason I did not give this place a 5 was because I enjoy getting more of a massage and a scrub on my feet and calves, although I bet those services are offered if you upgrade to the deluxe spa pedicure. As far as the finished product goes, I would give this place a 4.5 if I could. My nails and toes look pretty good, but I wouldn't say perfect. They do a good job. No real complaints, but not blown away.The reason I give this place 5 rather than 4 stars is because it's super clean and you get cool perks with the pedicure. They have awesome massage chairs for relaxing during your pedicure and as you soak your feet. The foot basin is covered with a plastic sheath that is fresh for each customer, and they use new files that you can take home, as well as sterilized equipment. 5 stars for cleanliness and relaxation! I was there tonight with a few friends from work, and they took the four of us in and seated us in chairs right next to each another. The previous reviews were correct that you can bring your own wine! Yesssss! They did not have glasses/ cups, but you could bring cups. Or- better yet- do what we did and bring the little bottles. We took this very seriously.  The staff are friendly and DO offer grapes and bottled water.  The pedicure itself was very nice, with a wash, cuticle care, filing, massage, hot towel and polish. I requested no cuticle cutting and they were very good about that. They also bring you a heated neck cushion, which added to the relaxation in the chair. We had a great time (upgraded happy hour!) and were pretty happy with how our nails looked. I also got a gel manicure. I didn't think it was particularly special in any way, but I am happy with it. I was not a fan of this place.I am not from around here, just here for a few weeks.  My nails were in desperate need of a fresh gel manicure, so I found this place and decided to go because it had good reviews. I walked in at 11:45 am on a Sunday, and I did not get a warm welcoming from lets call her "woman A".  It was "what do you want" so I told her I was looking for a gel manicure "pick your lotion and gel color over there" Didn't explain any further, or point to where I should be looking.  I know it doesn't seem complicated, but when you're in a new place you don't know how they do things.  Every nail place is different.  Anyways, I picked a lotion from the armoire, and found the gel polish colors.  They keep samples of the gel colors in a glass case on a nail station.  I picked my color, and sat on the couch in the waiting area.  Their couches are so low to the ground I almost fell on my ass!  As soon as I sat down woman A told me to sit at a table.  She was so cold and was not specific about anything from where to find the lotions and the gel colors to where she wanted me to sit.  I felt so awkward I really wanted to just leave.  Anyways, I sat at the table and woman A brought over a bowl of acetone and water to soak off my existing gel. While I was letting my gel soak off, Woman A was at a work station filing and buffing her own nails while on a laptop.  Woman A came over and scraped my gel off, then another older woman  "woman B" came over to file and clean my cuticles.  She filed my nails pretty crooked, which I did point out and asked her to fix.  Then, woman B gave me a hand massage with the lotion I picked out.  After my hand massage, she told me to wash my hands and make sure all the lotion was off...I was so confused.  Why put lotion on my hands just for me to wash it off?  If the lotion will negatively impact the quality of the gel manicure, then why not give the hand massage AFTER you apply the gel? Or clean the lotion off the nails with alcohol? (like most nail salons do) I washed my hands, and they asked me to sit at a different table where woman A was sitting.  Woman A proceeded to file my nails and remove my cuticles AGAIN after woman B already did that.  She then buffed my nails with what I'm sure was the same buffer she used on her nails.  There was white flakes on the buffer that I watched her brush off prior to using on my nails.  I was so disgusted!  She painted the gel on my nails quickly and didn't paint the tips.  She applied two coats of color and two coats of the top coat.  She was so unfriendly and rude. She didn't say one word to me the whole time she was doing my manicure. The only time she said anything was when she was complaining to her co worker who was sitting at another table painting her own nails that her nose is stuffy. I wish I had gotten her name.  Seemed like she rushed me out!  I paid, and then when it was time for me to leave all she said was "bye" not have a nice day, or thank you.  I could not wait to get out of there.  Upon leaving my nails did look good, but my hands were very dry.  Next day(today) my nails have a weird darker color streaking through them and on the tips...I noticed this when I woke up this morning.  After I left the salon I ran a couple errands, went out to dinner, then went to my hotel room and watched a movie then went to bed.  I have never seen this happen to a gel manicure before, and I'm sure it isn't something i've done, I just think she was way too quick to finish my manicure and didn't do it correctly.  I called the salon and woman A answered, I could tell it was the same woman by her voice.  I told her that I was in yesterday and got a gel manicure and it has dark streaks throughout and on the tips of my nails.  She said "Its probably from your makeup or chemicals you use, but come in we will fix it for you"  I told her I don't wear makeup, and I'm staying in a hotel room so it's not like I'm cleaning with chemicals... she then proceeded to laugh and said "just come in we fix it for you"  I would have gone back so they could fix it, however by her being passive aggressive and telling me that it was my fault and then laughing at me I will never step foot in that nail salon again. I read on one of their service menus that they offer complimentary beverages, but I was never offered one, and I never got a shoulder massage.  Don't get me wrong these things are minimal with the rest of my experience, but it just goes to show you they don't care about their customers!I would never recommend this place, find somewhere else to go! So mad I wasted $35 plus a tip! Read Less

I tried this place for a pedicure based on the good Yelp reviews. I wasn't disappointed. I am extremely choosy about nail salons, as many of them "claim" to be clean and sanitary but in reality are not.  This salon uses the individual plastic liners for each tub, and they offer to give you the pumice stone and emery boards once they're done with your pedicure (vs. reusing them as many other salons do). The owner was so friendly and welcoming. The few folks on staff that day were very nice and the salon itself was very clean and relaxing.  Very happy and will definitely be back!! Read Less

Awesome nails every time! I see Brian. He's there Monday-Saturday. Easy to get an appointment. I'm not sure how much typical gel fills are but I'm charged $35.. But I typically get two colors. Plus, they always look amazing! They also don't have matte but that's okay! I've only got fills here before and don't know about the other prices! But my friend got her nails done here too and she loved them as well! She got acrylics and I think it was 25 for her fill and she was missing like 3 nails that needed to be replaced! If you're looking for a place for mani and pedi that is clean, professional, classy and customer service oriented, this is the place for you.  The pedicure chairs are massage chairs and they give you a heating pad to put around your neck and shoulders for extra relaxation.  They offer you water or soft drinks and grapes and/or chocolates. Really great and affordable nail salon! The staff is very friendly and they take very good care of their customers. They have a great selection of colors and there are so many manicure and pedicure stations - would be perfect for a bridal party. I counted 12 pedicure stations and if I recall correctly there might even be more mani stations.They ask if you want complimentary water or pop or juice, and give you a cup of grapes to snack on while you relax. The studio is extremely clean - they wrap the pedi tubs in plastic for each person and they scrub out the tubs afterward. You are given a warm neck pillow which helps relax you and I was given a clean towel for my lap. The massage chairs are very comfortable and everything is very new. The salon offers 2 pedis - I opted for the $25 basic pedi, but they also offer a deluxe $35 pedi. The basic pedi was amazing! I chose a polish and a lavender-scented lotion for my massage. Got a gel mani and regular pedi. AMAZING service. The girls were so nice and friendly and when I wasn't sure about the nail color they were so nice and patient with me. The massage chair was the best I've ever experienced and during pedi we were offered drinks and grapes and lots of candy! Very very clean, too- you get to keep your nail files.
