My go-to place for nails! Best prices and service - Van is the most meticulous, efficient and friendly nail salon owner. I've been going to her for 10 years now and I've never had a problem with her services. Best mani pedi for under $50 in town!

Went to Modern Nails for the first time for a manicure. I give this place 5 stars. Van, who did my manicure was very welcoming and friendly, easy to chat with for being there the 1st time. The manicure was great. My nails and hands looked and felt great. Place is clean and comfortable. Also, very reasonable for very high quality experience. I booked my next appointment before leaving!

The woman was very rude. Apparently this place doesn't take walk ins. And treated me like I was some kind of idiot for not knowing that. Shameful.

I disagree with the prior reviewer - Von did a great job, the shop was clean, it was very reasonable. I will definitely go back!!!

Being new to the area, I've had trouble finding a moderately priced nail salon, and have been somewhat hesitant to just try one out. But, since I refuse to pay over $50 for a mani/pedi, I tried Moder...
Being new to the area, I've had trouble finding a moderately priced nail salon, and have been somewhat hesitant to just try one out. But, since I refuse to pay over $50 for a mani/pedi, I tried Modern Nails out. Overall, the experience was OK, with the pedicure being better then the manicure. The manicure was very quick and she didn't do a good job filling my nails - the shape of some of them was somewhat crooked...whatever, I'm just being picky. The pedicure was better, I loved the minty scrub that she utilized and I left with super soft and clean toes and feet :-)The salon is messy and is COVERED in dust/powder/don't know what....I didn't really care about that as the tools that she used appeared clean, but that takes away from the experience and makes me wonder. The salon is also super busy, so appointments are required/encouraged. For the price, it's worth it, but I will continue looking....

This lady is amazing; she is so quick and thorough!!! She did an excellent job on pedicure and manicure. She is by far the best nail tech i have ever had!!!!!!!!

This lady is incredible! She works alone in her salon, (which is huge by the way), and she does an amazing job! Astoundingly flawless! And believe me, as a Fashion Designer that has travelled all over...

And believe me, as a Fashion Designer that has travelled all over the world, my opinion surely counts! Never had my nails done in such perfection! She is very very very busy, so your only chance is to make an appointment in advance. And, last but not least, this masterpiece is done so quick, you will not finish your second magazine!Have Fun,AP
