I’ve never gotten my nails done here so I can’t comment on their skills. However on 3 separate occasions when I tried to get my nails done here they told me to come back in a few hours. I believe there is a sign that says walk ins welcome, or else I would’ve made appointments. So for any reading, if you want to be seen here it’s best you make an appointment ahead of time, they don’t seem walk-in friendly. Read Less

FINALLY!! A great nail place in Buffalo, NY! If you read some of my other reviews, I have struggled to get a good pedicure in Western New York. My mom found this place and was very happy with her gel manicure and suggested we go. They were able to accommodate our same day request for both a gel manicure and pedicure. The salon is bare essentials-nothing too fancy, you have to ring a bell to be let in, but all of the workers know and understand what you are looking for and communicate very well. I opted for the spa pedicure-which is the exact same price I pay for a basic pedicure here in Philadelphia. I am beyond thrilled with the outcome. Lina did an excellent and very thorough job-probably one of the best pedicures I have had ever in my life. Hot towel, massage, oils, foot scrub, lotion, etc. all the essentials for a good pedicure. And over here we are, a week later and the nail polish is still in tact-no chips! Lina was sweet and very hospitable. I enjoyed my pedicure and am SO HAPPY that we found this place. Very nice place! My mothers manicure was beautiful. There were obviously a few flaws. The shop was small which we didn't mind but there were two workers with two customers while one was just sitting and pretending to not do anything. My mother was finally asked after 30 minutes of waiting what nail color she wanted. They had a wide range of colors which was greatly appreciated. Appointment was at 12.. sat around for a while without an estimated time or even knowing who I was waiting for. Finally about 30 mins later one woman started my nails.. she didn't ask if I wanted them shorter which I did and when I told her she didn't ask me what shape. She generally didn't say much to me. Final price was a little higher than I expected and I must've been quoted something different over the phone but still around the general cost. Went to this salon on a whim as I had to get my car serviced at Northtown right down the street. Found them in the area and made the appointment. The salon was clean and Lena took her time on my feet and hands. I never felt rushed and the pedicure was the very best I've had and I've been getting them for years. I am now a regular there. I just tried Le Nails with my mom over the weekend after reading all of the positive reviews online. I can definitely see why people love this place. We were taken right at our appointment time by Lina and Tammy. Both my mom and I were very happy with our respective pedicures. Lina and Tammy were both very friendly and did a great job- you can tell they pay a lot of attention to detail. My friend and I heard about this place from friends who have gone there for 10+yrs. We didn't know that they were closing but they still accepted us as customers that day. I stated that we didn't want to keep them up from going home. The owner said that it is not a problem at all. Another plus side is that the owner actually works w/her staff and clientele. Jen and all her employees are so great! I recently saw Lina and she did a great job. I loved the shape and they lasted me over 3 weeks. I came here for a pedicure and I got a great deal more. Water temp was soothing. Julie the technician was focused on my needs and made the experience an enjoyable place for an alpha male in a female focused environment. I would recommend this place for any male and female looking for quality nail care. Jenny, and all the staff for that matter, are great. They do everything from nails to waxing and makeup. My wife has super delicate skin and this is the only place she goes for waxing because it's the only place that doesn't leave her bruised and bleeding. I was looking for a new nail place, because the gel manicures from the place I was going to were consistently starting to chip after 1 week. My nails grow fast, and I get French which peels sooner, but one week was not worth what I was paying. Le Nails did the job: they have nice massage chairs, a neat and clean salon, and my nails lasted 2 weeks like they're supposed to. Lina did a great job,  good massages on legs and hands, and was careful to make the French manicure look elegant and not chunky like some places do. The owner is very sweet and welcoming. She does a professional job and makes you feel at home. The price is very fair, especially in this area. Gel manicure is $30 and regular pedicures are $27. The only thing is, prices aren't listed anywhere but if you call ahead of time she will tell you. Would definitely visit again. Also, tips are not accepted via credit card. Awesome salon! Not from area & I was in town & needed a gel manicure. Lena (not sure if that's how she spells her name so I apologize ) was amazing!! She did a great job I never felt rushed like I have at some nail salons. I felt price was reasonable for the amount of time she spent working on the whole gel process...removing old gel polish, manicure & applying new gel polish. I had an exceptional experience along with my aunt. I loved how Jenny took care of my aunts needs and my own needs. My aunt got a special French mani and pedi. Let's just say that my aunty had not a single issue with her nails...3 weeks after her original service. We built a beautiful relationship with Jenny and she was very nice. ..professional and respectful. I will be visiting with my aunt and my friend ...we won't be going anywhere else...friendly staff and service cannot be matched anywhere...this is coming from someone living in a major city like Toronto where there are thousands of nail salons and shops. I'm a regular at Le Nails. The prices are a bit steep, especially since I grew up on $5 manicures. You have to buy a kit for only your use ($1 for manicures, I don't know the price off-hand for pedicures), which is only used on you and you only have to pay for once. I get acrylics filled every 2 weeks or so, and every time I go, I usually have them pick out the color with me, since I'm far from feminine and never know what really works. They've never chosen a bad color. I always get compliments and asked where I go, every time I get my nails done here. They greet you by your name when you walk in the door, and they remember everyone -- I mean everyone! They remembered me after I didn't come in for six months, after I was only there once! I recommend making an appointment, as they're usually pretty booked up. They're super clean, really nice, and it's overall a really pleasant experience going there. They accept credit cards, but you can't put your tip on the card. Slightly inconvenient, but at least I know my nail artist gets to keep her tip that I give her.The only downside is the price. I get a student discount, but it's still expensive. I'm giving my nails a break from 4 months of acrylics, but when I decide to get them back, I know where I'll be going! Read Less

Very clean!! I brought my own polish but they have a huge selection and I ALMOST picked one of theirs instead. Mine was hologram though so that obviously won. They're very attentive to what they're doing and to making you feel comfortable. They don't mind re-filling your glass while you're sitting in the pedicure chair.
