My favorite nail place!! Not exactly the place for designs, but they do great QUALITY work! The ladies are always so nice and the owner goes out of her way to please her customers!

My daughter and I like coming to place, but it is getting very busy on the weekend and holidays. I think they need to have more staff on hand during these times.

I have been to Krystal Nails a handful of times before and it was always adequate. Today (I'm in town visiting), I walked in and needed a manicure. I was sat down right away to soak my nails. I was not told there would be any kind of wait. The nail technician walked away. After waiting 10 minutes, I got up and left. No one apologized for the wait. A 10-15 minute wait is certainly not a problem, but I was never made aware there would be a wait, and no one said anything. I only hope that the nail technician that ignored me is spoken to about proper customer service.

Came here on a Wednesday at 9:05. They said they opened at 9:00 on the door and online. They were not open! Disappointing.

I have been coming here for over 3 years AND I have never been disappointed! All the girls are excellent and the chairs and ambience is cozy and relaxing!

I have been to Krystal Nails a handful of times before and it was always adequate. Today (I'm in town visiting), I walked in and needed a manicure. I was sat down right away to soak my nails.
