Living 3 minutes away and after receiving a coupon flyer from Deluxe I decided to treat my mom to a manicure one night. We usually get our nails done at a go-to spot, but spur the moment we changed things up. Unfortunately, we should have turned around. After looking at the nail colors for at most 30 seconds the workers rushed us to sit down so they could start our manicures. My woman started working on my nails without me even picking out my color yet. She told me I could figure it out later. The application of my acrylics was done super fast. Usually at my other salon they'll grab a nail and fit it to match the size of my nail individually. This woman assumed both sides of my hands matched each other perfectly and didn't bother remeasuring when it was time to apply the other side. Although the acrylic application was alright, the color application ended up being painted with a gap between my nail and my cuticle along with my pinky nail having a red streak from someone else's previous color when she applied my clear coat. My mom on the other hand loved her gel manicure with French tip. Usually my nails take longer than her's because I have to wait for mine to dry, but I was waiting for her for once. I was impressed by the time the guy was taking on my mom's nails. After my experience I just had I knew it was too good to be true. Less than a week later the white on my moms nails began to turn into a distasteful off-white shade. Reluctantly my mom was able to go in and they fixed it but the fact it didn't even last a week didn't settle too well with me. If I could give this place no stars I would. My first two time coming here was great! There was a sweet lady that always sat at the second table in the front that always took care of me. Last few times I've gone, I've had some one different. One time I had the younger woman that sits in the back she was so rude, snatched the color wheel out my hand and told me I can look at it later. Then today I had the man that sits all the way at the last table in the back near the bathroom, he was so freaking rude I swear I almost got up and left. He cut me twice and ignored it but proceeded to squeeze down on where he cut which made it burn like hell. He yanked my hand every time and complained when I asked him to trim my nails shorter. NEVER AGAIN! I'm finding a different nail shop to go to, these people suck! Read Less

Customer service was awful. I went in with long strong nails wanting gel manicure and pedicure. Nail tech convinced me a thin layer of acrylic over my natural nails to make them stronger. While she was working on my nails I told her the overlay was too bulky and she gave me attitude. No manicure she went straight to overlay and color. Gave me sugar scrub at the end. No trimming or massage... Pedicure was a joke...i could've easily applied 3 differ creams on my feet myself and soak em in a tub at home. Save your money and go elsewhere. Wasted $75 and I'm going somewhere else to fix bulky overlay and crappy paint job tomorrow. Should've known by walking in and it was empty. Reviews sure fooled me this time. Read Less

This was my 1st time at this salon so I really didn't know what to expect. But I really needed to treat myself to a pedicure only because I was dealing with a tragic family issue...besides being overdue. My normal salon was closed and not opening up until the 30th (hey everyone needs a vaca)...because I was going to go get my pedi before I went to the hospital for the day...instead I stopped here on my way home. I was greeted right away and didn't have to wait. They had plenty of comfy chairs and warm employees greeting you as I walked to my chair. I was greeted by "nail technician" who's name is Lee...If I could give her 10⭐️'S and a raise I would!!!! Very clean and professional! Went in for a fill in this week that involved 2 nail fixes, a pedicure and a wax. Had been here previously and had a great experience however I met with a friend for my full set. Left wondering why we hadn't gone here in the first place! This nail salon is still fairly new and right around the corner from me. I typically go to a different nail salon on Union, but the nail tech I ask for was away for a couple of weeks. I decided to try Deluxe Nails and was surprised at how clean it looked when I stepped in. Once I walked in, I was seated right away. I told them I wanted an acrylic fill in with gel polish and was handed a bucket of gel nail designs. I looked through the selections on my own for about a minute when my nail tech sat down and stared at me while I tried to make my selection. I ended up rushing and chose a sparkly blue polish. Everything was going fine until she started using her nail drill. She nicked four of my fingers because she was going so fast. My ring finger ended up swelling up mid manicure because of this. She of course apologized and I let it go since I wasnt bleeding whatsoever. Once she started the fill in, she picked up a thick coat of acrylic powder and my nails ended up looking VERY unnatural. The color lasted a long time, but I wasn't happy with the level of skill in this nail shop. They're open on Sundays which is a plus, but I'd rather go out of my way and head to the nail shop on Union. Read Less

I got a gel nail manicure and basic spa pedicure. They did a very good job and the massage for the legs and hands was very relaxing. Also the establishment is very clean and nice. I will go back. Prices are also reasonable. Read Less

Went to this nail salon for the first time a couple days ago and I will not be coming back. Unfortunately the owner of the salon did my nails and he's not very good. The one positive thing I can say is that I like the shape of my nails. 1. He was so distracted. I understand he's the owner, but if he's going to be that busy then maybe he shouldn't be doing anyone's nails. He got up at least 7 times while doing my nails to attend to something else and I'm not referring to phone calls. 2. He asked me what color I wanted on my toes and I told him the same color I chose for my nails, but with a white tip. He starts painting the tips on my toe nails. He asks me if I want any pink on my toes (regular french tip look) and I tell him, "Yes I want the same color I chose for my finger nails". He then sucks his teeth, rolls his eyes and says, "Why didn't you tell me that". I'm like Sir...you asked me this earlier and I told you what I wanted. If he wasn't so distracted with everything else maybe he would of remembered that. 3. He did a poor job on my toe nails. The tips are all different widths and the line is not straight whatsoever on multiple toes. This nail salon is beautiful in appearance, but the owner should stick to managing the salon. Televisions usually have something interesting to watch.My first visit here I received the best pedicure I've ever had by far (with Lina) she also did a wonderful job with my gel manicure. Today I got acrylics, I like to switch it up from natural some times. Finally found a nail salon I can keep coming back to!!.. Best of the best that's for sure, I waited a few months to write this review to make sure it was consistent quality and I'm extremely pleased every time! Each set of gel nails I had lasted me 3 weeks with no chips, best thing is they write your name down so if they do chip within 1 week you can come back and they will fix them for free. I recommend this place, even if you have your go-to nail salon try them out you wont be disappointed. Read Less
