Great, clean nail salon. My mom frequently visits this location and today I tagged along. The place is clean and the staff is very nice and professional. I was very indecisive on the color I wanted but the staff was patient and understanding as I changed my mind all the way up till they painted them. They have samples of all the colors so you can hold them up to your nails to choose your color. The color I chose turned out perfect, and it was a great experience over all. I went to this place one time. Not only did they mess up my acrylic nails, but I had to go back twice and argue with them to fix my nails or give me a refund. They didn't really fix them and wouldn't give me a refund. Less than a week later, I hit my pinky nail on my dresser (not very hard) and it took not only the fake nail, but also my real nail completely off. They messed up the shape, they didn't paint it evenly, they wouldn't remove any of them and reduce them, and didn't even fill them all the way. If I could put 0 stars I would. Read Less

Solid nail salon.  Went there right when it opened on a Friday for a gel manicure.  The nail tech took his time cutting my cuticles making sure none of them bleed.  He had a steady hand with a smooth polish application.  The place is clean and tastefully decorated.  I would highly recommend. Bella Nails is by far my favorite nail salon in the Buffalo area! I've been going to this salon consistently over the last year and a half and I love it! John is the best! He is always great with fitting me in when I need to get my nails done. They do the absolute best gel manicures. Hands down. I've also gotten wonderful pedicures and manicures there. The salon is conveniently located off of Sheridan Drive in Williamsville. I always feel comfortable and relaxed walking in and am always greeted with a smile and asked how I'm doing. I love the variety of colors they have. Especially with the gel colors, they continue to get new ones to give customers like myself a fresh look. They always accept walk in customers on a first come first serve basis and I also think their prices are very good. The only time I think I've ever had an issue was when I wanted to do a pearl white gel on my nails and the color wasn't coming out very even. John said if I wasn't satisfied with it, I could come back and he would change it for me. I thought about it for a few days and decided I couldn't take it anymore. Very disappointed in my manicure I got on Friday. I went in for a nice relaxing manicure after work. Brad and I got our engagement pictures done on Sunday and wanted nail polish that would last, but not gel polish. I told my manicurist this and she said okay and started with my manicure.About half way through my manicure, I heard an employee shouting that it was cash only. There were no signs at the desk or anywhere. I was freaking out because I had no cash. Luckily, there was an ATM machine, but it would have been nice to know this ahead of time.My manicure was very rough. She left 4 of my fingers bleeding from cutting the cuticles. Even today, days later, my thumb is still red and inflamed. She also failed to file them correctly. They are all filed differently. A lot of my nails are uneven and different lengths. She rushed through my manicure, even though there was no one waiting.That is not the worst of it though. While I was waiting for my polish to dry, I say my manicurist take another client and use THE SAME tools on her that were just used on me. She did not clean them or even move them from her desk! That is so incredibly unsanitary! I also saw an employee pick one of those toe gappers (you know, for pedicures) off of the floor near the sink and put them on a customer! Again, gross.I was referred to Bella Nails from my future mother-in-law. When I told her about my experience and showed her my nails, she said she had never realized how unsanitary it is and won't be going back. Neither will I and I would never recommend Bella Nails. Stopped in this morning for a quick polish change on my toes, and I was completely disappointed. First, the man working on my feet did not speak a single word to me the entire time I was there. Second, he did not touch my cuticles and cut my toe nails so short it was painful. He didn't bother trying to file them evenly at all. Worst of all is that the polish change cost $12! That's ridiculous when you can get a $22 full pedicure in Buffalo. The place was practically empty, but this guy was rude and rushed. It's my fault for not checking the price first, but I've never been charged more than $10 for a polish change anywhere - and those included cuticle work! Read Less

I was looking for a place around Buffalo with good prices to do gel nails for me as I've never had them done before. I arrived and was hesitant when I seen children running all over and young teens giving pedis but the older male did my nails quickly and they look perfect! Will definitely return. Read Less
