Loved my eyelash extensions- Thank god there is a now a highly professional place in this area and I do not have to travel into the city. I was excited to try this place since it is in Brooklyn, and all the places I've gone in the past have been in Manhattan.  First I walked in and one young woman was friendly, the other had an angry face on and immediately brought down the vibe.  Then they taped my eyes closed and went to finish another customer without telling me.  So weird how you lie down in the middle of the room, just off the street, as opposed to having a more private setting.  Then as my lashes are getting done, the music changes to Hiphop and all these people talking in the background, so not soothing when you have your eyes taped shut.  I asked for a manager and there was none present and these two young women were tasked with taking care of customers and anything else going on in the salon.  Then icing on cake - eyelashes didn't last nearly as long as the ones that I get in Manhattan last - all around epic fail.  It's hard for me to write these reviews as I own a business and I know how bad it can be to get a bad review but this place deserves it. This place is a gem in the neighborhood. It's clean, warm and inviting and the technicians obviously know what they are doing. I've been a brow shaping regular with them for a few months, but now I've tried their lash lift (or is it a lash perm) and custom facials. All i can say is wow! Three stars because the customer service, lip wax and tint was good but the lash lift service was pretty bad. I have pretty long lashes so I thought the lift would be perfect. DO NOT go here for a lash lift. My eyelashes are actually shorter. My first time and was pretty excited and did a lot of research on how it should look and this is not it. I may have to get a temp week of extensions just so I don’t feel like I look like I lost my eyelashes but concerned about doing any more damage. Read Less

I came in for a last minute lash touch up. Not only did Ashley fit me in immediately, but she gave me a gorgeous set of volume lashes faster than I have ever seen anyone do it. Plus, I asked her to add a few more after she was done and she did it perfectly, no fuss. And the price was better than I've gotten elsewhere too. I went here for an underarm wax and it was amazing. Liesl took her time, was gentle and yet very very thorough. I was so impressed, I kept finding reasons to raise my arms and show off my underarms. Today was my second time going to Wink & I love it! It's clean, they offer beverages & the music is awesome! My eyebrow threading specialist is Tsorian (I hope I spelled it correctly) She did a great job shaping my brows & also gave me advice on maintaining & filling in my brows! I paid $28 to have my brows shaped but I could get the same results for $10 at plenty of other locations. Not really upset with how my brows came out but I was under the impression that this was  $20 but shaping was $28, so make sure you clarify you only want a clean up.The staff was friendly but overall I wasn't too impressed with the results after an 8 minute threading session. The thread didn't really make a difference either & I'm someone with sensitive skin. Read Less

I gave this place a try as they are new to the neighborhood and offering free brow threading to their first hundred customers. The ambiance was warm and the champagne wasn't bad either :) I'll certainly be back for a brazilian! Read Less
