I've been going there since it opened. No appointments needed. They always take you right away or after a short wait (unless it's a peak weekend time). Fast, efficient, very neat. And nothing beats a 10 min ($10) back massage while your nails are drying! Read Less

Surprised by all the 5 star reviews, because this was one of the worse nail salon experiences I've had. Most staff at salons are very friendly and care about the quality of your manicure/pedicure. Did not experience that here. They don't use a base coat, and my pedicure has already chipped, two days later. Disappointing! Read Less

I've been going here (out of convenience) since they opened. There is one manicurist I really like but nonetheless, over the years you can clearly see how the shop, all the supplies, "sanitizers" and all the surfaces have deteriorated or been ignored with no updates. Last time I got a fungus. Today, one year later, in desperation (leaving on a super early flight) I decided to go back with all my own supplies. The woman who worked on me did, hands down (no pun intended), the worst job of any pedicure I have ever had. She finished me long before the two people who were there before me were done. The water you put your feet into was lukewarm, the towel she put on my legs was cold (she said it was too early in the morning for the towel to be hot - hahaha - never heard that one before).  I came home took a close look to find that all my toes still had all the cuticles (uncut), all the callouses, and it looks like a child painted them.  If I didn't have to catch an early flight tomorrow I would be over there right now asking for my money back.  Instead I will never go there again. $20 pedicure. Came with a foot & leg massage. While my toes dried in the machine I got a neck & back massage. I am returning even though I live far away. I highly recommend this place. The polished looks pretty too. Read Less

This is my new go to nail salon. My nails look great which is the most important thing, but also important is the wonderful experience.  These women and men are super friendly and really spend extra time to make sure you are comfortable and happy. The foot massage with the basic pedi was at least 10-15 minutes and the back massage at the end was the cherry on top! Prices are good too! Read Less

Finally found the perfect pedicure! Go here and request Kana. She is amazing and gave me the best pedicure I've ever had. She was so attentive to detail, knowledgeable, and gave the most incredible massage. My pedicure lasted an hour and was so great. Only $20 too. I made sure to re-book with her before I left. Very clean, amazing massage chairs, super friendly staff, fair pricing and they provide courtesy massages w/ your mani/pedi. I had a gel mani and standard pedi and the girl did a great job. I also had my brows waxed by May and she did a great job too! I'll definitely be back! Read Less

I have recently moved to Brooklyn and hoped to find a nail salon comparable to my place on Long Island. When I entered the salon, one worker was present. There was a language barrier. I had to point to "UV gel" to tell her what I wanted. The manicure itself was pleasant. There was no chit chat between myself and the woman doing my nails, but she openly chatted with other workers as they showed up. She took her time and was very precise. Unfortunately, my gel manicure (usually lasts me two-three weeks) chipped within 24 hours. The tips of my nails began to peel back. For 30$, instead of my usual 20, and for a day of I chipped nails I will not be going back. For the price, the outcome is not worth it. Read Less

It is a very basic place, but very good.I got a basic pedicure, it was $19 I think. The lady that worked on my nails was really good at her job, she did everything quickly and perfectly. She gave a me a really intense and pretty painful shoulder massage while my nails were drying, but it did make me feel relaxed after.Everyone is nice, place is clean. The other customers there were happy too, a lot of them seemed to be regulars. The general mood in there is just great and very comfy. The only thing is they do not have a great magazine selection. I went here before leaving for my Mexican resort vacation. All I wanted was to use gel on 8 toe and finger Nails and a great sparkle nail Polish on the other 2. I told the woman this and she just looked down and started talking in a language I couldn't understand for the next 20 minutes while working on my pedicure. Before started my nails I wanted to pay so I wouldn't have to dig in my wallet and she charged me $50... $50 for 16 Nails!? A little high but I was already half way in so what could I do. Once she started to do my fingers she said she only charged me for doing 2 finger Nails with gel. So for 10 total Nails with gel it was $50. After doing my nails, without asking, she got up and started to give me a back and shoulder rub. I assume this is part of the service, but I was already so frustrated with this woman there was no way I was going to relax....and most importantly 1 day into my trip, my nail Polish chipped and I had to redo them. I happened to be in the area so I stopped in. It was cheap and I didn't have to wait long. I hate when I go to a nail salon and they tell me there's no wait and then I'm there for 45 min. Plus they gave excellent massages after the mani and during the pedi! Read Less

I find the service a little surly, but the salon is very clean, spacious and has great massage chairs. I only usually get pedis in there which are a little pricey ($19) but it is Park Slope. However, my pedis last for ages and don't chip, as well as being mega shiny. Maybe I'm especially weird, but I love it when your calves get punched during a pedi coupled with the massage chairs which have some extra violent settings. I love a good massage chair, and these have a variety of massaging, rolling and kneading motions.The shoulder massage you get at the end regardless of your treatment is a nice touch too. They do charge a $1 extra for quick dry drops, so be aware of that. However  it makes my colour last much longer, so it's not too bad. Read Less

Been going here since 2009. Probably the cleanest nail salon I've ever been to because they wipe down EVERYTHING throughout the day and completely again at the end of the day.  Service is efficient yet quality.  Other reviewers mentioned nails chipping after a few days but my manicure lasts a week because they add "quick dry DROPS" at the end of my manicures after top coat. Not the quick dry polish but the drops. I dunno the name or what the drops are but it seals the polish in and hardens it. I was still going here when I lived in NJ and I go every week. Read Less
