Very disappointing experience. I went with my friend to get both a pedicure and manicure. It started really well and we both had two people working with us. Understandably as more people arrived one of them went to help someone else. However this meant that I was left with one person working with me and my friend had two. When my friend had finished both her pedicure and manicure they still hadn't started on my manicure. We were thinking "great now her extra person will do my... nails" but no they went to do someone else's nails who arrived after me and already had someone doing their toes. So my friend was finished, I was sitting there with this lady still working on my toes and still hadn't started on my manicure. A good 20 minutes later and they still haven't started my manicure. My friend is sitting out the front waiting for me! In the end I decide with how long it has taken them just to do my toes and with my friend waiting I would just leave. I told them not to worry about my nails I wanted to do. So I got charged for a manicure and pedicure even though all they had managed to do to my nails in the over an hour I was sitting there was give them a small file! I could have done a better job at home! I will never go back! There are way better places around that are cheaper! See More

Booked for 3:30PM manipedi, got moved to 4:00PM. Nails took an hour and a half to do and they ran out of the colour of nail polish halfway through. Finished product is pretty average, charged me full price and the delay made me miss to a once off event.

Go frequently to get sns done and never an issue. Got sns done tonight at 5pm and are the worst quality i have ever had. Called up the store at 6.15 as staff were still finishing up others and i was spoken to in the most disgusting way before being HUNG UP on! Need to work om customer service rather than the fact "its home time" very disappointing as i also work in the centre and like supporting neighbouring stores but not anymore

I went in today and was helped by the lovely Katie, I had SNS removal and redone. Katie shaped my nails perfectly (even length and not crooked) and was super speedy! I will definitely be back again to see her, I've been looking for someone with her level of attention to detail. Thank-you Katie, you did a fabulous job!!!

I got my SNS done and the very next day one of my nails broke. I went in to get it fixed and it took 40 MINUTES to fix one broken nail AND it was the wrong coloured SNS so I had one really dark random...
I got my SNS done and the very next day one of my nails broke. I went in to get it fixed and it took 40 MINUTES to fix one broken nail AND it was the wrong coloured SNS so I had one really dark random nail. To top it off since then (roughly a week and a half ago now), I've lost a total of 5 out of 10 nails. I'm never coming back here which is super disappointing because as a staff member within the centre I was hoping to make this place my 'go-to'.

Amazing salon!! Walked in here to get my nails done (by Cee Cee), truly the best manicure I've ever gotten. She took her time and made sure everything was perfect, she was really nice and engaging, and my nails look amazing. Went in a few days later to get a haircut-- I was super nitpicky but they were SO accommodating and nice, and my hair looks so good! The prices are also super fair, especially for the quality of service. Definitely coming back!

I went there with my friend to get her nails done. The staff is very friendly. They even give you Sangria while you wait. I went to Donna the next week to get my bantu knots done. SHE WAS GREAT. When her customers come in shes very professional and she get to know her clients. She also ask about certain products. Ask about if theres anything you allergic to. While I was there I also seen her work with kids. SHE WAS AWSOME. I will return.

I don't understand the bad reviews - This is the first nail place I have been happy with the result every single time. They always do a fantastic job and make sure they check you are happy with the shape/length/colour as they go along. All the staff are friendly and whenever I am there they make sure to greet customers soon after they come in, even if they are really busy.

I have been to this place before and had the worst service and nails. I decided to go back one more time hoping that there would be some improvement. Instead it took more than an hour and my shellac chipped off in a day. Crap service and crap products. Will never return here again!

Very disappointing experience. I went with my friend to get both a pedicure and manicure. It started really well and we both had two people working with us. Understandably as more people arrived one of them went to help someone else. However this meant that I was left with one person working with me and my friend had two. When my friend had finished both her pedicure and manicure they still hadn't started on my manicure. Amazing salon!! Walked in here to get my nails done (by Cee Cee), truly the best manicure I've ever gotten. She took her time and made sure everything was perfect, she was really nice and engaging, and my nails look amazing. Went in a few days later to get a haircut-- I was super nitpicky but they were SO accommodating and nice, and my hair looks so good! I don't understand the bad reviews - This is the first nail place I have been happy with the result every single time. They always do a fantastic job and make sure they check you are happy with the shape/length/colour as they go along. I have been to this place before and had the worst service and nails. I decided to go back one more time hoping that there would be some improvement. Instead it took more than an hour and my shellac chipped off in a day. Crap service and crap products. Will never return here again!
