First of all I have been coming to Moonlight for years. My mum and sister put me on to these gals! Throughout this time I have have the pleasure of the best manicures and pedicures ever. Their signature hot stone massage is out of the world and a must have for everyone at least once!!! I also highly recommend their eyelash extensions and waxing services. This place is really a one stop for so many treatments. ... I personally have only ever had the highest quality service, advice and treatment. Their cream for dry feet is brilliant and the salon only uses very reputable products. I love the massage chairs, complimentary bottle of water and the huge tv on the wall to watch. The review below mine surprises me because I know this salon to be run by really hard working gals who bend backwards to make sure you leave totally satisfied. I also know as a fact that if there is ever an issue, you just need to tell the girls or ask the owner Gucci. She is beyond passionate and caring and trust me no one leaves upset under her watchful eye. I highly recommend this salon and continue to use them happily. I had an appointment at 11am with my friend on tuesday, it was a horrible experience.. firstly 1. The lady doing my nails (Tracey) criticised my nails being done somewhere else (my regular salon) And there was nothing wrong with how my nails where done! And the lady who did them was absolutely lovely, professional and was never rude in any way! (At my regular salon) However Tracey could learn to be more professional like my regular lady.... 2. Tracey begun work on my nails, continuing to bad mouth my nails! 3. I had said at the start i wanted my tips soaked off and sns on my natural nails.. I got tips cut as well as my nautral nails, got tips appiled and cut 3 times in the process.. no apology for any cuts!! Started to bleed couldn't care less, that is not professional or appropriate to do to a paying customer. 4. Started filing my nails to the point of it really burning and i mean it was really burning to where i pulled my hand away! 5. Puts the sns on and completes my nails, only to look ok, and my friend is still getting her's done 20min after Tracey had finished, and we started at the same time! My friend had kitty who was professional, nice, did her job properly and DID NOT insult her nails at all whether it be done at another place or not! I came to this establishment for the spa pedicure. Toenail chipped the next day. Not superb customer service experience when I came back for the technician to fix it. She completed the task but not with a friendly demeanor. Salon was not crowded, nice decor, and very well kept. Was serviced right away.

Today was my first time visiting Moonlight Nails after being recommended by a friend. The owner Gucci greeted me with a warm smile and sat me down immediately although I was early! She brought over the SNS colours to show me straight away and offered me a free bottle of water.

I made an appointment for this nail spot on December 8th for my birthday December 10th with great excitement as it was black owned and within walking distance of my home. When I made the appointment, the lady I spoke with...who I later found out was the owner was very sweet and accommodating. When I arrived the morning of I was immediately welcomed and seated to have my toes done. I was offered tea and asked if the water was fine. I then waited about 15 min before my toes were started. Ann Marie did my gel mani and pedi. She was very quiet but did a great job and gave an awesome foot massage. Move on to my mani. We started chatting a bit and she seemed super sweet. Even the owner joined in on the convo. My nails looked lovely at the end. Fast forwards less than 36 hrs...my gel began crackling. Called Monday but they were closed. Drove by Tuesday. Again closed. Finally reached then Wednesday and was told to come by Thursday evening. I had to wait 20 min before my nails were done and this time Ann Marie seemed annoyed to be doing my nails. I had said I was going to give them another shot. Maybe it was a bad experience and isolated. It's black owned and in my hood and I want to love it. I've been calling this entire week....it's Friday as I write this...to make an appt and I can't reach ANYONE. Very disappointed. 3 stars for the pedi and fixing the first problem.

First of all I have been coming to Moonlight for years. My mum and sister put me on to these gals! Throughout this time I have have the pleasure of the best manicures and pedicures ever. She completed the task but not with a friendly demeanor. Salon was not crowded, nice decor, and very well kept. Was serviced right away.
