Love how my nails come out. I can go a month without a filling and none of them break. The wait can be kind of long and the place is small so it can get kind of tight.

1st time going there and I had a bad experience, first off I walked in and nobody even bothered asking “can I help you”. 2nd I got my nails done with a Jamaican lady and I never felt so much pain getting my nails done in my life, this lady is so rough she even had me bleeding.The entire time she’s on her phone while doing my nails. The price let’s no even mention I showed her a picture of what I wanted my nails look nothing compared to what I showed her for 63$ next time I’ll just go to my regular Chinese people and be satisfied for less than 45$. Wouldn’t recommend any of my friends here.

good quality nails but way too expensive, normally pay $45 for good quality nails, $70 is too much for the same service. Also waited to long for my appointment when i was on time.

I love this place! I saw some people were complaining about price and at 1st I was a little apprehensive about spending so much on my nails but the fact of the matter is you get what you pay for. My nails last anywhere from 5-6 weeks and LOOK GREAT THE ENTIRE TIME. I’d rather spend 50 on my nails than have to spend 25-35 every two weeks with no design or Flava. They have always been great to me and I recommend everyone I know to them.

I came to the Lacquer Room with no appointment and the staff was very professional and accommodating. I was treated by Mariel. She provided me with a Gel Manicure Set and a regular pedicure. My gel manicure looked absolutely fabulous. I didn't know what colors to get, but Mariel made suggestions and helped me make my decision. She transformed my feet, my feet felt soft and moisturized after she treated me. I was very pleased. I will definitely return to this hidden gem! I recommend this place, and nail specialist.

Literally the best place to get your nails done. It isn't over priced since you're paying for top quality and working with very talented women. Alex is my girl! She always slays my nails and goes above and beyond. The owner, Claritza, is a sweetheart! They're all so kind and make sure you're comfortable and in love by the time you leave. I have had one set last me over 2 months already. Great, top quality work. Not one complaint.

Lacquer room is a complete hidden gem! Located off the Bruckner Expressway, you walk into a quaint, beautifully decorated salon with modern decor and amazing ambience! They work by appointment only (which I can appreciate) and you feel every bit special from the moment you walk in. Clari did my gel manicure and my nails have never been treated better. It's bit pricier than I'm used to spending but the work speaks for itself!! Well worth it!

It's been a while since I had a set of tips. I opted for the stiletto shorter nails. I found this place on Yelp and 5 's. It wasn't crowded or chaotic. Small and intimate. Typical nail salon female banter. Claritza was so welcoming and down to earth! Will be scheduling my filling in a couple weeks.

1st time going there and I had a bad experience, first off I walked in and nobody even bothered asking “can I help you”. 2nd I got my nails done with a Jamaican lady and I never felt so much pain getting my nails done in my life, this lady is so rough she even had me bleeding.The entire time she’s on her phone while doing my nails. The price let’s no even mention I showed her a picture of what I wanted my nails look nothing compared to what I showed her for 63$ next time I’ll just go to my regular Chinese people and be satisfied for less than 45$. Wouldn’t recommend any of my friends here.

I love this place! I saw some people were complaining about price and at 1st I was a little apprehensive about spending so much on my nails but the fact of the matter is you get what you pay for. I came to the Lacquer Room with no appointment and the staff was very professional and accommodating. I was treated by Mariel. She provided me with a Gel Manicure Set and a regular pedicure. My gel manicure looked absolutely fabulous. I didn't know what colors to get, but Mariel made suggestions and helped me make my decision. She transformed my feet, my feet felt soft and moisturized after she treated me. I was very pleased. I will definitely return to this hidden gem! I recommend this place, and nail specialist.

Literally the best place to get your nails done. It isn't over priced since you're paying for top quality and working with very talented women. Alex is my girl! She always slays my nails and goes above and beyond. The owner, Claritza, is a sweetheart! They're all so kind and make sure you're comfortable and in love by the time you leave. I have had one set last me over 2 months already. Great, top quality work. Not one complaint.

Lacquer room is a complete hidden gem! Located off the Bruckner Expressway, you walk into a quaint, beautifully decorated salon with modern decor and amazing ambience! It's been a while since I had a set of tips. I opted for the stiletto shorter nails. I found this place on Yelp and 5 's. It wasn't crowded or chaotic. Small and intimate. Typical nail salon female banter. Claritza was so welcoming and down to earth! Will be scheduling my filling in a couple weeks.
