Oh. My. God. I have never had WORSE service in my life!!!!!!!!! I have never been treated so rudely, or felt more uncomfortable in a nail salon. From the second I walked in the door the owner was extremely rude when I was just asking for their prices. She kept trying to sell me into a product that was more expensive and kept protesting that I do the service I wanted. After this awkward conversation, I had a mediocre pedicure, and the absolute worst costumer service experience I've ever had accompanied by the worst set I've ever had. I came here because I was in the area and saw the "21.99 everyday" for acrylics on the door. Mind you, I didn't even want acrylic I went in for a full powder set (which the owner showed me she really didn't want me to do, but I settled for acrylic because it was cheap and what she was trying to make me do was too expensive.) the girl that did my nails, I couldn't get her name but she's Spanish and sits behind the nail dryers, SO RUDE. First, she didn't even properly take my nail polish under off, she basically shaved it down by passing the machine (thanks for further ruining my nail bed!). I showed her from the beginning what I wanted, which included a nude/transparent base coat and she left chunks of my nail polish under. When I told her about this she kept rudely telling me that it doesn't matter because you won't see it later. And when I did see it, she said that's my natural nail not the nail polish under. Cue the anger, and upsetness. Whenever I'd ask for her opinion or try to see a different shade of nail polish she'd huff and puff and roll her eyes showing me how annoying doing her job is. After protesting to show me any other color than the one I originally picked out, I just settled for the one I chose because I was so uncomfortable. I tried my best to make conversation and to communicate with her so we could get something I was happy with and that was just not happening. I was so uncomfortable I felt like crying right there and my hands were shaking. I had to shake my hands so I could let the moment pass. When she left, basically running out the salon, the owner overheard me talking with those around me over how rude and what a terrible job she did and she tried to defend her and offered I come back the next day and they'll fix it for free. Like are you kidding me? Either offer to fix it on the spot, or give me a refund. Oh and did I I mention she actually charged me more than the 22 advertised?? I paid 27 dollars for hideous nails and terrible service. I would much rather pay the usual 50 I do where I live and have amazing, clean service. Read Less
