I got a manicure and pedicure done here the other day and there were so many things wrong!
1. They didn’t soak my feet which is what they usually do
2. They didn’t push back my cuticles whatsoever!!

I got a manicure and pedicure done here the other day and there were so many things wrong!
1. They didn’t soak my feet which is what they usually do
2. They didn’t push back my cuticles whatsoever!!
3. They “watered down” my black nail polish with clear coat so they wouldn’t have to go get another bottle for me! The next day one of my nails didn’t even chip... it just fell off.
The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because I was a walk in and didn’t have an appointment ... however, if they couldn’t take a customer then they should’ve just told me! Also, I’ve been going there for years and I’ve never had an experience like that. Very disappointing.

I haven't treated myself to a manicure in a long time so I was looking forward to one I booked here. I had perhaps the most unfriendly manicurist I've ever experienced. She never talked to me once except to ask if I wanted glitter. I was going to book a wedding party here but after today? Nope! There's so many salons in the area why spend my money on an experience that was supposed to be fun, relaxing and social?

I went to Fancy Nails for the first time today, after 2 years of loyal patronage at another place (I will not name this other place but it has a T and the word Spa in its name). I had been growing more and more dissatisfied with the other place, hence my visit to Fancy Nails. I liked Tina, the girl that gave me my manicure, right away. She was very easy to talk with, and she was gentle with my fingernails. She did an amazing job, beautiful work. I will be going to Fancy Nails from now on...and recommending it to my friends!! Thank you, Tina!!

I love Fancy Nails. The owner and staff are so nice and they do a fantastic job on nails and pedicures. I also go there to get my brows waxed. Highly recommended this place to anyone.

I got a manicure and pedicure done here the other day and there were so many things wrong!
1. They didn’t soak my feet which is what they usually do
2. They didn’t push back my cuticles whatsoever!!

I went to Fancy Nails for the first time today, after 2 years of loyal patronage at another place (I will not name this other place but it has a T and the word Spa in its name).
