I was able to walk in with my daughter and we were able to each get a pedicure right away. They also got new pedicure chairs. Very comfortable 😀

Bunch of idiots don’t ever go here. Left me with chemicals on my feet for 25 mins while helping customers who walked in after me. When I got up to leave they of course all jumped to their feet apologizing but the damage was already done. Not the first time I’ve gone here and they have failed to juggle the customers coming in efficiently.

Do Not go here!! They ruined my nails! And did a careless job. I had a gift certificate and went here twice. The first time was decent. I got s regular pedicure and gel manicure. The gel manicure only lasted about a week before it started chipping. They wanted to charge extra for so much and they didn't do some things most other manicure places do. The second time I came, I asked how much the powder gel was. They pointed to a number on the price chart and then charged me more. The lady did such a poor job. Not only did she file my nails crooked, there was crust all over my nails. So messy!!! I asked for a similar color for my pedicure and they gave me a color that was totally off. Then if you spent a certain amount you were supposed to get a free pedicure gift card which I never received. To make matters worse, when the bad gel manicure started to come over less than a week later, they wouldn't refund me the money. They took it off and said to come back another time to get it redone!! They ruined my nails because they all started to crack and break from being so brittle from their poor job!!! I don't want to waste money but I refuse to have them butcher my nails more! While I was sitting there getting the gel off another woman came in and complained their polish chipped too so obviously they're doing something wrong!

First time here was decent but they charge for everything. Had a gift card so didn’t bother me so much. Gel manicure chipped after a week. Went back to use the rest of my gift card and got a powder gel manicure. It chipped two days later. They did a sloppy job, with color all over my skin around my nails. Also the color didn’t look like what I picked and when I asked for a similar color for my pedicure they gave me a totally darker color. Girl also was cutting cuticles and cut where I had a scab and picked it twice even with me wincing in pain. I think people were getting gift cards for pedicures if you spent over a certain amount which I did but never got one. Never going back there.

Went into for a pedicure. They don't sterilize- ready to use the person next to me nail clippers and cuticle cutter! Gross! Had gel on and he filed them down so much instead of removing it properly.

Terrible. Didn't even soak nails. Bad cuticle job and nail polish chipped the same day. Walked in because my regular nail salon was too busy that day. I could have done a better job on myself.

I went in today got manicure. The people did a very nice job. The woman who answered the phone asked if I had a box. When you go in there are a lot of boxes for their client. There seems to be some sort of members club but no signs indicating the price what the rules and rewards for joining. English was very limited and I was only visiting the area if I was resident I would look into joining. I would go again if I visit in the future.

Worst worst worst !! I went one time and got a HORRIBLE gel mani. Only out of convince did I go a second time. Gave them the benefit of the doubt in thinking maybe it was just the person ... But had someone different and equally as HORRIBLE. My 4 yo could have done a better job. I asked for my money back and they wouldn't do it and said credit only .. Which I wouldn't even take bc I wouldnt step foot back in there. It was that bad that I went from there to another salon to have it taken off and have a new mani, ended up spending double. Save your money ... Go anywhere else !!

The worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. The man taking off my gel nails completely filed my nails paper thin, even after removing the gel with acetone! He then proceeded to cut me while trimming my cuticles. After bleeding for 5 minutes, he finally decided to put some blue gel to stop the bleeding. Additionally, he painted nail polish over the blood remaining on that nail. The end result was horrible and I had nail polish all over my skin. Worst manicure, will not return.

I have been going for years. I go to this one and their other store down the road maybe 1 mile in West Islip. I got a bad toe fungus from them and when I told them they had stuff that I could buy for I think 14.00 kinda crazy that I have to pay for something I got from them. But the worst thing was that my acrylic over my nail would lift up a lot. The girl there used a Metro card to peel my acrylic off my nail. When she did that she peeled half my nail off. I yelped a bit due to the pain. When they put the acrylic back on it burned really bad. I was still charged full price. I will never go back.

Love this place! They do a great job and it's pretty reasonably priced. $20 for a gel manicure $13 for a pedicure. They often have special prices for different seasons. The downfall is how crowded it usually is on the weekends. I've been there numerous times where they sit you down and two to three different manicurists will work on your hands during one session. They'll get up and start working on you and another customer then leave you for said customer and another person will finish your nails. There's probably a method to their madness, but it's too time consuming. I went today (a rainy Saturday at 3pm) and was in and out in less than an hour for a gel manicure. It wasn't busy today, probably due to the weather. However, I've gone other Saturday's and Sunday's and a gel manicure took over an hour and a half. I've been there during the week (early morning always works best) and a gel manicure took about 40 minutes.

DO NOT GO HERE! I had the worst pedicure of my life...the man cut me about 4 times and then I was switched to someone else halfway through. She barely touched my feet and they tried charging me $10 to buy a box to get clean files....uhm I shouldn't have to pay extra for that!
The gel manicure was also horrible. I haven't had it a week and 6 of my nails have already chipped. And I noticed little black dots on a few of my nails when I got home.
The girl was very rude and kept running off to help other customers. I'm sorry that you're busy but you should be focusing on the customer that is sitting right in front of you.
Long story short, safe yourself time & money by NOT going to this place!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!! First I got a gel manicure that was messy and had wavy lines going through it she then fixed it by filing it down and slopping another coat on top. It looks horrible I was asked "you actually paid for that?" Then I got a pedicure where nothing was done! He barley touched my feet, didn't clean up my nails, and to top it off didn't know how to paint he had to ask they lady to come over and do it . The whole experience was a waste of time and $$$. Also, they charge tax for using my debit card this is 2013 there should not be a fee for my debit card. I went with a friend who's nails also look pretty bad and it took 1hour 45min for gel because he took it off and re did it 3 times. I recommend never going here (this happened at the west islip location).

Seriously the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. There were bubbles and streaks and the woman didn't think it was an issue. I will not be going back there! There are too many great places to go for me to accept such a poor manicure and customer service.

I have been going for years. I go to this one and their other store down the road maybe 1 mile in West Islip. I got a bad toe fungus from them and when I told them they had stuff that I could buy for I think 14.00 kinda crazy that I have to pay for something I got from them. Love this place! They do a great job and it's pretty reasonably priced. $20 for a gel manicure $13 for a pedicure. They often have special prices for different seasons. The downfall is how crowded it usually is on the weekends. I've been there numerous times where they sit you down and two to three different manicurists will work on your hands during one session. They'll get up and start working on you and another customer then leave you for said customer and another person will finish your nails. Seriously the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. There were bubbles and streaks and the woman didn't think it was an issue. I will not be going back there! There are too many great places to go for me to accept such a poor manicure and customer service.
