One star is most generous for Angel Tips I am surprised they have not been shut down by the Board Of Health both the techs and salon are dirty and unkept in my opinion.  My appointment was for a Powder Manicure ($60.00), I was not told in advance they have very few color choices for a powder manicure.  The instant I sat down the tech was nonstop trying to convince me to have $130.00 gel mani.  I asked why she was being so pushy about the $130.00 gel she clearly stated, "we are told to by the boss".  I declined insisting on the powder manicure.  Not even close to the professional powder manicure I have received at my Florida home for the past two years.  Three nails were very unprofessionally lined and bumpy The tech became very annoyed when I pointed this out claiming they were "good" I made it clear the entire job was poor and unprofessional.  The tech rushed up to a woman who I assume is the owner this person LASHED out at me in a most unprofessional manner.  I then informed her I would be writing a review this person then grabbed a camera stating I am going to take a picture. I left my payment of sixty dollars saying "no photo" and left Angel Tips.  Clearly through my experience it is my opinion  there is neither respect or professional service given at Angel Tips. Complete trash.  Wish I could give 0 stars.  I got a gel pedicure and a gel manicure.  The lady doing my pedicure started using the wrong color and as I stopped her and tried to explain it was the wrong color she railroaded me by telling me it was pretty and just continuing.My manicure was a whole other story.  I'm paying extra money to get a gel but that doesn't mean leave out all the things that come with a regular manicure like oh filing the nails and buffering.  I received none of that and then was promptly switched to another lady who then proceed to do a rushed job and then basically kicked me out of the seat to attend to someone else.  Hell no.The kicker is one day later my GEL manicure is peeling off.TRASH.  Don't ever go it's a waste of time and money. Ok sure, the place is kind of a dump - but it is really hard to find a fast, clean Brazilian wax that can take you same day. The woman who performed my service was nice, quick, and as painless as possible considering the service rendered. If you're looking for experience or ambiance, this is not the place for you, but if you are looking to get the work done quickly and properly, I highly recommend it. I was in the salon recently, when an African American woman walked in. She asked the owner if they could fit her in. The owner said it would be about a 50 minute wait Even though there were empty treatment chairs available. Soon after she left, a white woman walked in asking for a later appointment. One of the employees took the woman right away. The employees are all nice. But the man who owns the place, not so much! I do not feel comfortable patronizing this place. Read Less

I love the girls that work there and the owners too, but the tools are not clean. When they finish your pedicure they dip the tools in your foot water. : ( That means the persons before me have just jumped into my pool. I have never seen the sanitizers work? I just don't get it. Visited this location today with my daughter, she got a pedicure and everything was great - I chose the gel manicure and pedicure combo. My technician was named Michelle, and after this encounter I will never return. My pedicure was less than average and polish was all over my toes, but the gel manicure sealed my decision to not return and to write a review. First, the table was not plugged in and Michelle didn't 'like' the color I chose? I explained it looked 'off' because i...t mixed with the clear base coat and it hasn't cured because the lights were not on- she argued with me and finally proceeded - then she began complaining about me in another language as if I couldn't understand the repeated word color and see the eye rolling along with coworkers coming over to look?? Did I mention she got up during my manicure and left to wax someone without even the courtesy to ask or let me know where she was disappearing to? She was sloppy and some of my fingertips are stuck to the nails and the tip of the nail was globbed with polish which looks like a 2 year old performed my manicure. Came in to get 2 broken nail fixes (UV gel). The guy at the desk told me to come back in an hour. Came back and they had me wait another 15/20 minutes. I told them I was in a rush to catch a train and they sat me at a station. Continued sitting at a station for another 10. The tech then rushed to finish the nail fixes, and it came out streaky (I told them to just use reg polish because I had no time for a shellac), nails totally uneven, and I missed my train by about ten minutes. I've been coming here since they opened. Sarah at the front desk is so nice. It isn't cheap but it's the Hamptons. They always make my nails look great so I keep coming back. They always fit me in even when they are about to close. So I have nothing but good things to say. I recommend it! Read Less

Worst French gel possible. Over priced at $50 and in under 24 hrs it's chipping.  The worker rushes from the start and No one was waiting for her. The white lines aren't clean white lines and don't go to the end of my nails. I want this horrible job off my nails. I will never go there again and don't suggest anyone goes there. Terrible. Worst nail salon ever. Horrible customer service. Horrible paint job. Extremely expensive for a crappy mani & pedi. Typically, this is supposed to be a relaxing experience. You get what you pay for here. The manicures and pedicures are pretty cheap but they only last a few days. I think they dilute the nail polish because I find it always chips after a day or two. However I will say that they are incredibly fast. So if your looking for nails to last about 48hrs and are in a rush.. this is the place for you. If you want something thats better quality then go to Spa 27 in East Hampton. Its more expensive but its a much nicer experience. Read Less

Manager was rude, spoke to me in a demeaning manner in front of my children all because her workers didn't show up for the day. They claim to take walk ins, but once the appointments arrive, they skip steps just to move to them. I will never go back and told all of my friends about this place. One would think that it would be simple to re-do 1 GEL NAIL but nope. I called and made an appt. I let them knew it was just one gel and nail repair.(same nail) "No problem" they said. I get there and after inspecting my finger, the desk person, her supervisor AND the person who was actually going to do my nail discussed what needed to be done. Seriously? It's not Beth Israel and it's not surgery.. I was told it was going to be $12.00. The Gel+a repair. THEN after more discussing, they said $15.00 WHAT?!? They explained that they made a mistake, the gel needs special "UV" lighting. NO KIDDING ITS A FREAKING GEL. It gets better, I ask are they sure of the price, bc thats a bit steep for 1 nail.After more discussing and  consulting someone in the "back" I was told- (get ready) $17.00!! we went in to get mani/pedi's for a girls day out .. the Pedicure, foot soak and leg massage were wonderful. When it came to getting my nails done, it was awful. I needed a gel fill in and the person LINDA didn't understand what i requested no matter how many times i said it. I went in with a groupon coupon for gel manicure. I knew what it was and what i was asking for. Instead she barely shaped the nails and placed them under the UV with straight nail polish... my nails look horrible and then she started a an argument with me. wont go there again lust because of her. Despite their spiffy new decor, the services are subpar.  Though most services are a reflection of the technician and not necessarily the salon, it was clear the woman performing my bikini wax was unskilled.
