One of the worst places in the Hamptons. I got a mani/pedi gift card for Christmas and they said I still have to pay 50$ not including tips. What kind of gift cards are they selling. The guy that did a pedicure did not even file my nails he only took off old nail polish and replaced with a new one. That’s it. I did a gel manicure and the woman clearly couldn’t see well as all the nails are different length. I just didn’t have time and energy to argue. I tried to explain but they English so broken I couldn’t understand and they definitely refused to understand me. I feel that this place is very disorganized and could be dangerous, it looks very dirty. The staff is unprofessional they trying to overcharge for services that don’t deserve a dime. Horrible pedicure. I was in and out of the chair in under 15 min. The guy only did one coat of the nail color and it was smudged. He didn't file my feet at all, like what a usual pedicure comes with. Complete trash.  Wish I could give 0 stars.  I got a gel pedicure and a gel manicure.  The lady doing my pedicure started using the wrong color and as I stopped her and tried to explain it was the wrong color she railroaded me by telling me it was pretty and just continuing.My manicure was a whole other story.  I'm paying extra money to get a gel but that doesn't mean leave out all the things that come with a regular manicure like oh filing the nails and buffering.  I received none of that and then was promptly switched to another lady who then proceed to do a rushed job and then basically kicked me out of the seat to attend to someone else.  Hell no.The kicker is one day later my GEL manicure is peeling off.TRASH.  Don't ever go it's a waste of time and money. Ok sure, the place is kind of a dump - but it is really hard to find a fast, clean Brazilian wax that can take you same day. The woman who performed my service was nice, quick, and as painless as possible considering the service rendered. If you're looking for experience or ambiance, this is not the place for you, but if you are looking to get the work done quickly and properly, I highly recommend it. I am happy to say that I have had my LAST bad experience here, because I will never return. I am okay with paying a little more for a service in a Hamptons location because I accept that it does influence the price -even though I am a local. However, what I do not agree with is a high price for sloppy work. This salon charges $60 for a powder gel manicure - and I would expect the quality of the manicure to at least be somewhat comparable. When I left and went outside I noted that on 2 nails, the topcoat was not right and a large mark was clearly visible. Minor imperfection is ok...a large mark is not. I asked for it to be fixed, and instead of allowing the same technician to fix it, they put me with someone else. Instead of attempting to fix the two fingers, she started sanding off layers on four fingers...why Im not sure. She layered on more polish. Then decided one finger was still not right and redid it again. When finished she slathered a large amount of oil on my nails and patted me shoulder, as though I would not notice that the nails she redid did not have the same lustre as the rest of the manicure. She also did not file any of the edges, and so on two nails the polish extends beyond the actual nailbed, thickening the width of the fingernail. I do not have wide fingernails and it looks rediculous. Most of the nails are now cemented to my surrounding skin and the skin underneath. Finally, the product they use stains the surrounding skin, and to get it off I had to go home and literally file it off around each nail which took a half hour - and it still did not come off completely. Normal showering did not remove it either. Before I left the salon, I asked for my money back and was told by "Mike" that all he could offer me was a $60 store credit or else I could sit and have my nails re-done all over again. A $60 store credit to a place that does poor work is worthless. To sit and allow them to sand off the polish and redo the job would not only be a waste of my time, would be unhealthy for the nailbed to be taking gel on and off in such a short period of time. They use a metal sander and aggressively file the nail surface. Repetetive sanding and filing not only weakens nails it can also damage the cuticle which risks infection that can also be spread to others. What other reviewers have said is also true - some of the technicians are downright nasty and rush you so they can get on to their next. The salon always try to get you to pay for extra services even when you clearly state you don't want them. The second you sit down, they hawk on you to give you a massage that you will of course, pay extra for. They get away with this because they are the only game in town. They are rude and unappreciative of their customers. If you can hold off, find another salon. Read Less

i would give 0 stars if i could, the worst nail salon i have ever been to. this was my first time there and the woman doing my pedicure scowled at me as soon as she saw me and proceeded to take out her aggression on my feet, she was slamming my feet down and aggressively removed my nail polish before repainting my toenails, there was very little of anything else done in between except her continued scowling and aggression towards me and my feet, she was either inexperienced or decided i was unworthy of a proper pedicure, not worth the money or torture of the experience. i will NEVER return and gave her a $0 tip just like the number of stars this place deserves. I love the girls that work there and the owners too, but the tools are not clean. When they finish your pedicure they dip the tools in your foot water. : ( That means the persons before me have just jumped into my pool. I have never seen the sanitizers work? I just don't get it. Visited this location today with my daughter, she got a pedicure and everything was great - I chose the gel manicure and pedicure combo. My technician was named Michelle, and after this encounter I will never return. My pedicure was less than average and polish was all over my toes, but the gel manicure sealed my decision to not return and to write a review. First, the table was not plugged in and Michelle didn't 'like' the color I chose? I explained it looked 'off' because i...t mixed with the clear base coat and it hasn't cured because the lights were not on- she argued with me and finally proceeded - then she began complaining about me in another language as if I couldn't understand the repeated word color and see the eye rolling along with coworkers coming over to look?? Did I mention she got up during my manicure and left to wax someone without even the courtesy to ask or let me know where she was disappearing to? She was sloppy and some of my fingertips are stuck to the nails and the tip of the nail was globbed with polish which looks like a 2 year old performed my manicure. Came in to get 2 broken nail fixes (UV gel). The guy at the desk told me to come back in an hour. Came back and they had me wait another 15/20 minutes. I told them I was in a rush to catch a train and they sat me at a station. Continued sitting at a station for another 10. The tech then rushed to finish the nail fixes, and it came out streaky (I told them to just use reg polish because I had no time for a shellac), nails totally uneven, and I missed my train by about ten minutes. I've been coming here since they opened. Sarah at the front desk is so nice. It isn't cheap but it's the Hamptons. They always make my nails look great so I keep coming back. Worst nail salon ever. Horrible customer service. Horrible paint job. Extremely expensive for a crappy mani & pedi. Typically, this is supposed to be a relaxing experience. You get what you pay for here. The manicures and pedicures are pretty cheap but they only last a few days. I think they dilute the nail polish because I find it always chips after a day or two. However I will say that they are incredibly fast. So if your looking for nails to last about 48hrs and are in a rush.. this is the place for you. If you want something thats better quality then go to Spa 27 in East Hampton. Its more expensive but its a much nicer experience. Read Less

Manager was rude, spoke to me in a demeaning manner in front of my children all because her workers didn't show up for the day. They claim to take walk ins, but once the appointments arrive, they skip steps just to move to them. I will never go back and told all of my friends about this place. One would think that it would be simple to re-do 1 GEL NAIL but nope. I called and made an appt. I let them knew it was just one gel and nail repair.(same nail) "No problem" they said. I get there and after inspecting my finger, the desk person, her supervisor AND the person who was actually going to do my nail discussed what needed to be done. Seriously? It's not Beth Israel and it's not surgery.. I was told it was going to be $12.00. The Gel+a repair. THEN after more discussing, they said $15.00 WHAT?!? They explained that they made a mistake, the gel needs special "UV" lighting. NO KIDDING ITS A FREAKING GEL. we went in to get mani/pedi's for a girls day out .. the Pedicure, foot soak and leg massage were wonderful. When it came to getting my nails done, it was awful. I needed a gel fill in and the person LINDA didn't understand what i requested no matter how many times i said it. I went in with a groupon coupon for gel manicure. I knew what it was and what i was asking for. Instead she barely shaped the nails and placed them under the UV with straight nail polish... my nails look horrible and then she started a an argument with me. wont go there again lust because of her. disgusting.i went in for a pedicure and was told i would have to wait about 5 minutes.  30 MINUTES later i was brought to the chair when the girl started to fill the basinWITHOUT CLEANING IT OUT FROM THE PERSON BEFORE ME!?!?  i asked her to clean it first, and she told me she already had - i had watched the person before me leave and nobody cleaned out the basin!!   there was still dirty suds in there that she could see!! i insisted that it had not been done and she huffed and did it!!  she obviously took offense because she then gave me the worst, most rushed pedicure i could ever have imagined.  we were done in less than 10 minutes and it looked AWFUL!!never ever will i go back and i will be telling everyone i know not to go there either.  and, on top of it, their prices are ridiculous!!!! Used to be pretty hit or miss, but it's clear that they have started going extra lengths to hire people who actually know what they are doing. The prices are incredible, definitely the cheapest mani/pedi in the Hamptons. The quality isn't always top notch, but I usually don't have any complaints. They seem to be good with disinfecting, they have one of those fridge-like things with the blue lights and as many times as I've been here, I've never gotten an infection of any kind. Cheap waxing, as well. They do a great job with eyebrows and I don't feel guilty getting it done as needed because it's so affordable.My best friend feels as though they treat her poorly because she's Asian. I don't understand this because all of the people who work there are Asian, as well... I'm not sure if she's just being oversensitive or what, but it's worth subtracting a star for. Read Less
